Following are the official rules for all CheatCodes.com contests and giveaways. These rules are part of our overall Terms of Service, and may be revised or updated at any time without prior notice.
- No purchase is necessary to win.
- Participants must be registered CheatCodes.com Members who subscribe to the free CheatCodes.com Email Newsletter.
- Winners will be selected at random, unless other selection criteria is established when the contest is announced.
- Decisions of CheatCodes.com shall be final.
- Prizes will be awarded and/or mailed within 45 days of the end of the contest.
- Prizes will be forfeited if the winner's full and complete mailing address is not included in their member profile.
- The odds of winning depend upon the number of contest entrants.
- Neither CheatCodes.com nor any of its sponsors or clients shall be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
- Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions will be allowed.
- Only one entry is allowed per household, email address, and Internet connection. The same household may only be awarded a prize twice in any calendar year.
- CheatCodes.com has the right to declare all entries from a given household, email address, or Internet connection void if there is any suspicion of duplicate entries or other fraud from the same.
- Prizes for winners under the age of 18 years will be awarded to the winner in care of his or her parent or legal guardian.
- Contests are open to residents of the United States and Canada only.
- Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate winners will be selected.
- Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance within seven days of receipt; failure to do so upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize. With acceptance of the prize, winners agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Neither CheatCodes.com nor its clients or sponsors are responsible for any damages or expenses that winners might incur as a result of this contest or the receipt of any prize. Winners are responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the prize received.
- Employees, family members, and/or affiliates of CheatCodes.com are not eligable to win.
- Void where prohibited by law.
