Hex Cheat
In whatever you called your savegame, using a hex editor like PCtools disk editor you can change how much dinarii you have. At hex 329EC I've noticed it matches what amout of dinarii I have converted into hexadecimal and reversed. By changing 16 4E 00 to like 16 FF 03 I've gone from 19,990 dinarii to about 200,000! *Warning don't get too greedy it may overcome some registers in the game and cause crashes. Also make backups of savegames and be sure the binary #'s match up what a hex calculator says!
Faster Time
Hold A while in "City" or "Province" mode.
Create Disease
Click on the "Build Praefecture" button. Then, click the Right Mouse Button on a square with a house to infect that house with disease.

Level Select
Type: "Let's select" during the game, then a menu on your screen will apear, click on: Level select, and you can select a level out of all the levels in the game to play.

Type in tarmac to enter cheat mode then type:
