Play As Destroyah
Successfully complete adventure mode on any difficulty setting with Godzilla 2000 to unlock Destroyah.

Play As Orga

Play As Rodan
Successfully complete adventure mode on any difficulty setting with Gigan to unlock Rodan.

Gallery Photos
Play through the game on hard difficulty setting. While fighting, various buildings that you destroy will have special Atari power-ups inside. Collect these to unlock a gallery picture.

Mothership Level
Successfully complete adventure mode with Mecha Godzilla to unlock the Mothership level.

Play As King Ghidorah
Really easy: Just play as Megalon in adventure mode and beat it! Note: Press R and L together and ya dig down. just go under the enemy and press A. Repeat process while opponent is getting up. [ I'd use grab X if I were you. Does NOT work on Mechagodzilla.]

Another To Unlock Orga
OK, this is a longer, but easier way to get Orga. First, you need to get all the characters without using the cheat codes. Then, after you've done that, play as Godzilla 2000 in adventure on any difficulty setting and complete it successfully to unlock Orga. [Note: In the middle of adventure mode, you fight Orga too. He isn't really that hard, if you look out for his grabs. Be sure to get a good look at him too!]

Play As Iris
Complete adventure mode using Godzilla90s. Then defeat it using Godzilla2000.

Monsters' Extra Abilities
Some monsters have extra abilities that they can use with the L and/or R buttons that uses enery. Megalon can dig by pressing L+R, you can also grab an enemy by pressing A+B under them: digging slowly drains energy. Gigan can teleport behind an enemy by pressing L+R, this takes about a quarter of his energy, and when he is in rage he will come out of the teleport spinning his power blades. King Ghidorah, Rodan, Mecha-Ghidorah, and Mechagodzilla can fly by pressing and holding R; with the exception of Rodan (who can fly for an unlimited amount of time) this slowly drains energy.

Mechagodzilla Battle (Final Level-without Using Mechagodzilla)
If you want more space when you are on Mechagodzilla you must destroy the barriers so you are not confined to that one little depressing area. this will help you win big time because without it you will lose because of the little amount of space and Mechagodzillas strength.
