At the main menu, enter the options screen, then hold L + R and press Y, A, Y, A. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of a horn.

Psychedelic View
At the main menu, enter the options screen, then hold L + R1 and press Y, B, Y, B. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of a horn. Note: All missions may have to be beat in order for this code to work.

All Bonus Cars
Hold L + R at the options screen and press A, B, A, B. The sound of a horn will confirm correct code entry. Note: You must have a 100% game completion. Resume the completed game and find a telephone. Press L or R at the vehicle selection menu to choose a new car.
