Disable Lights, Cameras, Ect.
Equip the pistol and shoot with L. Turn on the EMF/Blue Vision to make it easier to spot electric things.

Disable Activated Turrets
Try shooting the turret with the pistol and go to the back of the turret instead of sneaking up.

Disposing Of Hisham
If you are going to kill Hisham, do so at the parking lot. To dispose of his body, put him in the trunk of the red car and place a charge. Move away and detonate the charge.
