Tank

Get six stars in all and run around frantically trying to not get arrested and eventually you will find the tank. Note that if you press A+B, a homing missile will shoot locking on to a random target. There are also other big trucks with six stars and other vehicles with any other star wanted levels.

Grand Theft Auto Advance Cheats (All)

Stage Select:
At the main menu, press Left, Right, Up, Down, L, R (You'll hear a chime), then hold the Start button and press A. A new "Pick Level" option will appear at the bottom of the main menu. After entering this code, you can also press B at the main menu to view the games credits.
Cheat Codes:
At any time during gameplay, hold A+B and press Start; you'll hear a signal and the words "Cheat Mode On" will appear on the screen, and your character's coordinates will also be displayed. Now you can enter any of the following codes during gameplay (not while paused):
Max Health-Left, Right, Up, Down, B, B
Max Armor-Left, Right, Up, Down, A, L
All Weapons-Left, Right, Up, Down, A, A (Enter this code 6 times for maxed out ammo)
Earn $15, 000-Left, Right, Up, Down, L, L
Wanted Level +1-Left, Right, Up, Down, R, A
Wanted Level -1-Left, Right, Up, Down, A, R
Toggle max "Wanted" Level or Zero "Wanted" Level-Left, Right, Up, Down, R, R.
