A.Overview
This game has 15 Achievements for 1000g.
Overview:
The achievements for this game are very linear. Most of them are earned by
simply playing out the game and finishing the various parts of the mountain
to progress to the next mountain. There are also achievements for
impressing the required number of bystanders for each mountain, and
completing challenges/media callouts. The challenges\\callouts can be time
consuming so be patient.
Review: Overall I really enjoyed this game. The tricks are fun to do, the
load times to reset challenges are lightning fast which is very nice! The
kitty pickup challenges are probably the weirdest thing I have seen in
quite sometime. The developers could have chosen anything to collect, but
why this? I know it\'s all done in fun and this game is targeted to a
younger audience, but come on. The inability to warp to the challenges was
quite frustrating sometimes, but overall it is a fun game to play that does
not require a whole lot of skill. Kind of arcade like with button smashing
to perform multiple tricks.

B. Achievements
The Below achievements are game related and cannot be missed as your playing
1. Snowbird bound! (70 pts)
Finish Act I of the story to unlock the Snowbird resort.
2. Vamonos a South America! (80 pts)
Finish Act II of the story to unlock Valle Nevado.
3. Rescued Weiner Boy!(90 pts)
Finish Act III of the story by rescuing Weiner Boy and gaining access to
the secret C.A.I. area.
4. Reunitedâ¦and it feels so good! (100 pts)
Finish Act IV of the story by rescuing the rest of the crew.
5. Big Musical Finale! (100 pts)
Congratulations! You defeated the Baron!

Impress the bystanders
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
6. Northstar Nirvana (60 pts)
Impress the required number of bystanders in each area of Northstar to Own
the Mountain.
Ok you must first get your awesome meter full. This is the bar at the top
of the screen that fills up as you do trick combos. The key word here is
combo, and not just mutliple tricks in one jump, but multiple jumps back to
back filled with tricks. The meter fills up super fast when you keep these
combos going.
Once the meter is full you need to impress the bystanders with your
awesomeness. The bystanders are noted with yellow eyes above their heads
(only when meter is full), so when you see them do a combo, and land it.
If they are impressed the yellow eye icon changes to a green \" hang ten \"
sign. The number of impressed bystanders will be shown next to the
awesome meter. Keep this up until all bystanders are impressed for each
section of the mountain.
Note: Some areas of each mountain have better terrain for better combos to
fill up your meter faster. Find this area when you start each mountain.
Fill up you awesome meter there. Hit start and then just drop in where
ever you want. The meter will still be full. This really helped me
because in some areas where the bystanders were, I just could not seem
to get the meter up in time or I would get the meter up and find no one.
Also it should be noted that even when you pass bystanders with green hang
ten signs above their heads keep up your trick combos. Many times I would
impress people that did not have yellow eyes or, the same people twice,
or people I could not see. Not really sure, but when the meter is full
keep tricking.
Final Note: Each mountain has 2-3 drop points. Not all bystanders will
be exactly on that run. You may need to go left or right of the drop points
, then drop down the hill to find the last few bystanders. This really
helped me to find the last few bystanders. Remember you can also fill up
your meter, bring up the map and drop in.
7. Snowbird Dawg (60 pts)
Impress the required number of bystanders in each area of Snowbird to Own
the Mountain.

8. VIVA VALLE! (60pts)
Impress the required number of bystanders in each area of Valle Nevado to
Own the Mountain.
** See Northstar Nirvana
9. Laax Stock & Barrel (40 pts)
Impress the required number of bystanders in each area of Laax to Own the
Mountain.
** See Northstar Nirvana
10. King of the Mountain Lab (40 pts)
Impress the required number of bystanders in each area of DC to Own the
Mountain.
This is the hardest to get. To fill the awesome meter you must combo to
over 100,000 points, and it goes down quick. To make this easier drop in
where you can combo like crazy. Once your meter is half way up or better
hit start, then X to restart the run. Repeat until the meter is full,
then go to the map and drop in wherever people need impressing.

11. Snowmobiler Merit Badge (30pts)
Travel 10+ kilometers on a snowmobile.
Just what it says, jump on and get moving to another easy achievement
12. Sledding Merit Badge (30 pts)
Earn 1,000,000+ points in sledding scores.
Grab a sled and get moving. Here is the cheat to unlock all sleds:

13. Park Designer Merit Badge (30pts)
Build 200+ terrain park objects.
Easy, go into build mode and select the cheapest item. Build as many as
you can, then delete them all. Reapeat until it unlocks.

14. Lesser Snow God (70pts)
Earn any Medal for ALL challenges and media callouts.
Just what it says. Earn any medal for all challenges and callouts. Not
too difficult, but you might want to keep trying for gold if you want to
unlock the below achievement.
15. Supreme Snow God (140 pts)
Earn a Gold Medal for ALL challenges and media callouts.
This is the hardest and will take the longest to get by far. Try adding
ramps, rails, etc before the challenges to help combo up. This will
help. Be patient and work on it a little each night and you should get
it in a few days.

D. Conclusion
I really had fun playing this game. Some of the challenges were a little
off in my opinion but challenging and entertaining at the same time. I
would say this game is a rent and definately not a buy unless snowboarding
is your thing. If your just looking to take the easy achievements and run
then all achievements except Supreme snow god are pretty easy to obtain.
