Here are the locations of all 4 of the bottles in the game:

Bottle#1:You get this in Kakarika Village after you return all 7 of the lady's
cuccos.(young link)
Bottle#2:Get this in Lon Lon Ranch after playing th mini game with Talon you will
get a bottle with Lon Lon Milk in it.(young Link)
Bottle#3:Get this in Lake Hylia after you get the silver scale in Zora's Domain then
dive through the hole in the water in Zora's Domain and then you will end up in Lake
Hylia.You will then see a trail of ruppees which leads to a bottle with a letter in
it.(young link)
Bottle#4:Get this after you collected 10 golden poes and give them to the guy in the
market.(adult Link)
