INTRODUCTION
o---------------------o
Blazblue: Continuum Shift 2 is what I would refer to as being a smaller upgrade
to the original CS. This time around, all eighteen characters are available at
the beginning of the game. At least the DLC characters will have their own stroy
more fleshed out in this version. You also get to try out the new Abyss Mode. I
decided to do the 3DS version of the game for the sake of FAQing some 3DS games.
I'm working on this simultaneously with Steel Diver as you may have noticed at
the end of my Pilotwings Resort guide.

OVERVIEW
o---------------------o
BlazBlue blasts onto handhelds with this re-invention of Continuum Shift that
delivers all the action of the console-based original with added handheld-only
features. Experience the same robust story mode, this time topped off with
exclusive bonus content. You'll fight with the full roster of 18 Continuum Shift
characters as you recruit members to your team and conquer new Legion maps. See
how long you can survive the new Abyss Mode, which challenges you to reach the
top of the ranks by getting your character to the bottom. Familiar console modes
Arcade, Training, and Score Attack are all here, along with BlazBlue's unique
anime-style visuals.

CONTROLS
o--------------------o
I made it L, M, and H to make it simple since all control schemes change by
platform.
L = Light Attack (Y)
M = Medium Attack (X)
H = Hard Attack (A)
D = Drive Attack (B)
There is also a taunt button.
b + L + M = Barrier. This will provided a shield that protects you but uses up
your Barrier Gauge
M + H = Throw. You can use it to escape throws too.
L + M + H = Rapid Cancel (costs 50% Heat)
f + L + M while blocking = Counter Assault (uses 50% Heat). This knocks back
the opponent after guarding. King of Fighters fans know this as the Guard CD
Attack.
dir + L, M, or H when knocked down = Ukemi or Wakeup
360, 720, 1080 = rotate the d-pad/joystick 1, 2, or 3 times respectively.

IMPROMPTU NOTES
o--------------------o
Arstal Heat is what you would call an instant kill move when the opponent is at
the last 35% of their life in the round that will end the match for the victim.
You'll also need to have a full heat gauge or 8 stars if you are Hakumen and at
least one Burst.
Distortion Drives are like DMs or Super Moves in other games. They use 50% of
the Drive Guage.
Some special moves make use of the Drive button and uses up to 25% of the Drive
Gauge.

Learn everything from the basics of 2D fighting game mechanics to the advanced
and unique systems of BlazBlue.
Arcade
Enjoy the characters' individual stories while fighting your way through the 10
computer opponents.
Versus
Fighting against computers offline.
Score Attack
Fight against the computers with regulated settings and compete for the highest
score.
Training
Practice moves and set a variety of parameters and enemy actions.
Challenge
Take on a variety of missions set for each character.
Legion 1.5
Raise your own army to fight several enemy forces and conquer the entire map.
Abyss
Defeat waves of enemies, strengthening your character along the way. Reach the
bottom level of Kagutsuchi.
Story
Enjoy an even more in-depth story of the BlazBlue universe.
Gallery
Enjoy the music, voices, videos, and illustrations from the game.
Network
Use this mode to battle other players over a local connection. (Your username
