I hope to get the bulk of it done over the weekend. Then finish the rest off in the next lot of updates. Well well, I've certainly put in a hell of a lot of work today, tonight and this morning (all in one big go) :P All I need to do is more FAQs, the Tricks section, more tips/tricks/secrets and a few other small things. ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ (5) GAME REVIEW ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ For a list of GameFAQs reader reviews for 1080 Snowboarding, go here: http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/n64/review/22407.html This is a copy of my review, submitted to GameFAQs which can also be found from the above page. Bare with me here, this was one of my first reviews...... I bought 1080 the week it came out as I had heard some great reviews for it. It came with a coupon to enter a competition to win a pair of $160(Australian) Bollé Snakes (Sunnies). I entered the comp and to my disbelief a few weeks later a package arrived in the mail. It was a Free pair of $160 Bollé Snakes. I was utterly amazed that I had won something. Let alone something worth $160. Perhaps thats why I love 1080 so much. Or maybe its that 1080's just a plain great game. I think its the latter. Gameplay 1080 is like learning to ride a bike. At first its hard(especially to control), then all of a sudden you can do it. And you dont forget how. When I first played the game the day I got it home I was crap. I kept flying into walls and losing races, but by the end of the week I was winning races, often. I did however have a problem not too long ago with 1080. I had been playing too Much of Tony Hawks Pro Skater and THPS2 and when I went to play 1080 I was pushing all the wrong buttons to do things. Though I did manage to pull of 3 consecutive 1080's about 5-10 mins after I started to play, thus proving I still had the touch, as I said, its like riding a bike, once you know how, you dont forget. 9/10 Graphics 1080's graphics are very nice indeed. With crisp, clear textures, nice looking snowboarders and superbly created landscapes. 1080 is a treat to look at. There are also a lot of little details like the trail your board leaves in the snow as it travels through it, and the spray of soft snow as you land from a massive jump, to the addition of high winds and thick snowfall on the harder difficulty settings. Another nice detail is that the baggy snowboarding clothes the riders wear flap about in the wind when you build up enough speed, this was pretty impressive when 1080 first came out, and isnt half bad today either. 8/10 Sound The music in 1080 is one of its strong points. With a very large variety of loud, heavy/rock type tracks, all of which suit the game well. The music on the intro screen is heard there and only there. Same with the music in the boarder select cabin. And each track has its own music as well. And some of the songs will make you think "Did I hear what I think I heard?!?!?"(Youll have to play the game to know what I mean). The sound effects are also good, with riders grunting when knocked, the sound of the board carving a trail through the snow, to the sharp sound of gliding over ice. 9/10 Multiplayer 1080 also has a multiplayer option though it is only 2 players, its quite fun. Being 5 seconds away from the finish of a race with your opponent just in front of you, side swiping them and causing them to fall while you hoon past and finish 1st while they beat your head in for doing it is what its all about. A 4 player mode would have been better but the 2 player mode is still very good indeed. 8/10 Replayability After you beat 1080, you will still come back to for multiplayer at parties a fair bit. Even today(in 2001) I still play 1080 sometimes, and will continue to for some time to come. 7/10 Overall Overall 1080 is an amazing game with a good challenge to keep you playing for months. I recommend renting it first because its not up all peoples alley, but personally I absolutely love the game. Only a marginally less enjoyable than Tony Hawks Pro Skater. I recommend this game to anyone at all. But try before you buy, as not all will love it as much as I do. Overall 9/10 - Pyro Vesten ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ (6) FREEQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ _________ Question: How do I unlock Dragon Cave? ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ _______ Answer: Beat Normal mode to be able to race Dragon Cave in Hard mode. Hold the control stick left and hit R and you will spin 180° left, hold right and hit R and you will rotate 180° right. The R button is also used in a lot of the spin tricks. ____ C-Up - With C-Up you can change your view, from normal, far and first person. ¯¯¯¯ ______ C-Down - Hold C-Down and you will get the view behind your snowboarder. Good ¯¯¯¯¯¯ for checking who's behind you, and where. _______ C-Right - Used only once in the game that I can think of, and that is to ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ access the trick list in Training mode. ________ B Button - Used in a lot of tricks, both grab and spin. ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ________ A Button - The A button simply jumps. Tap it for a small jump, hold it for a ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ bigger jump. _________ Z Trigger - This is use to speed up when racing, as well as to soften landings ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ for you. _____ Start - Pauses the game, also used like the A button in menus (accept, ¯¯¯¯¯ enter etc). _____________ Control Stick - This, (obviously) moves your snowboarder around, and also is ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ used to navigate the game's menus, and also can be used to perform tricks.. ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ (8) GAME MENUS ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ __________ Match Race - Match Race is the main part of 1080 Snowboarding. When you select ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ it, you will be taken to a screen where you can select Normal, which invloves racing four courses, once you beat Normal you can select Hard, which has five courses, and once you beat hard you will be able to select Expert, which has six courses to race. After you have chosen either Normal, Hard or Expert you will then be taken into "the 1080 Snowboarding Cabin" where you choose a Snowboarder, and then a Snowboard. After that you begin your first Race. There is one opponent per race in the Match races, and you have to win each of the races, you can retry 3 times and after that you are out of credits. As you progress from Normal, to Hard and then Expert you will find that the races are actually held at different times of the day, and under different weather conditions too. ___________ Time Attack - When you select Time Attack you go directly to the cabin ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ snowboarder select area. Once you have chosen a boarder and board you'll be taken to a level select area of the cabin. Choose a level and begin. I suggest using a fast rider, like Dion Blaster myself, as long as you can handle the lack of stats in other areas, sacrificed for the speed. When you race it is just you and the clock, you are free to find the fastest way to get to the finish line. If you get one of the top three fastest times for that track you get to enter three initials, and the game saves yout time, rider, board and the course that you raced. After the race you can view your replay and also save a ghost. ____________ Trick Attack - When you select Trick attack you are taken to the rider select ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ screen as in Time Attack. I'd recommend choosing someone like Ricky Winterborn for this. When you choose rider and board you are again taken to the level select screen. But as well as the regular courses for you to select, there are also two Trick Attack exclusive courses, Half Pipe (as the name suggests, this is just a half pipe, you have a limited amount of time to do as many tricks as you can, the other exclusive track is Air Make. In Air Make basically there is one HUGE jump, and you have to pull off the biggest combo you can over the jump. Nice :) If you choose one of the "race" tracks, you'll notice that throughout the track are checkpoints that you have to ride under/through for a small time extension, apart from these which are vital if you wish to make it to the end of the track you can just do your own thing, go your own way, get lots of air and land loads of tricks. Any time you have left over at the end of the race counts towards your score as well. After you've done your Trick Attack race, you will be able to record three initials, like in Time Attack if you got one of the top three highest scores. You can also save a ghost, and watch your replay. _______ Contest - You've all seen those skiing things where the skier has to go around ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ two different coloured markers, left, right, left, right. Well this is basically the idea of Contest mode in 1080. For each marker you make it around Red = Left, Blue = Right you get points, and a little more time. At the end of the day points are what counts, so you also need to pull off tricks left, right and centre. At the end of the race like in Trick Attack any left over time counts towards your score. You'll race through both levels with markers, and Trick specific levels e.g. Air Make. Good fun. _____ 2P VS - Got a friend over? Excellent. 1080 has a pretty cool two player mode. ¯¯¯¯¯ When you select 2P VS you're taken to the rider select screen. Once you choose a rider you can select to have handicap on, or off. You then both choose a board, and then a level to race. Nice and simple but really cool fun. If you both choose the same rider they will reveal their second costume. Oh and one last thing, watch out because as soon as two players are racing for some reason it becomes a bit more blizzardy, and the snowy fog comes in a fair bit closer :P ________ Training - As nearly always, you are taken to the rider select screen when you ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ select Training. Choose rider and board. When you've done that training begins. You start at the top of a slope, you can either go left or right from here. Go left and you are taken to the half pipe where you will be given, one by one the names of a trick. When you complete the current trick the next trick will be displayed. Up the top left corner of the screen is the trick name, along with how to pull it off. Hit C-Right once to remove the trick display, and again to take you to a list of all of the tricks available. Select a trick here and it will be displayed (name and how to pull off) on the top left corner of the screen. Head right and you'll be taken to the "free" area. The trick display and all that still remains, but this time there is no half pipe. There are a bunch of jumps for you to ride over, as well as some bumpy terrain for you to navigate, and trick off. _______ Options - ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ _ (_) RECORDS - Here you can view your records for Time, Score and Contest on each of the applicable courses. _ (_) REPLAY - This just lets you watch your saved "ghost" replay, if you have one. _ (_) SOUND - Here you can change the Background Music volume, the Sound Effects volume, the Voice volume and also change between stereo, headset and mono sound modes. _ (_) LANGUAGE - Here you can change your language between English, Chinese, French and German. _ (_) ERASE SAVED DATA - Be careful in here. Because you can erase Fast times for each individual course, as well as contest records you can also delete your saved ghost, high scores or go all the way and select to erase all data... ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ (9) TRICKS ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ______________________________________________________________________________ Grab Tricks ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Lien Air------------------------------------------------------------------B Shifty-------------------------------------------------------------Left + B Indy--------------------------------------------------------------Right + B Nose Grab------------------------------------------------------------Up + B Tail Grab----------------------------------------------------------Down + B Stiffy-------------------------------------------------Diagonal Up-left + B Mute Grab---------------------------------------------Diagonal Up-right + B Stalefish--------------------------------------------Diagonal Down-left + B Indy Nosebone---------------------------------------Diagonal Down-right + B ______________________________________________________________________________ Air Tricks ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Note: Rotate control stick anti-clockwise will be abbreviated to "rotate a/cw" Rotate control stick clockwise will be abbreviated to "rotate cw" 180 Air Left-------------------------------------------------------R + Left 180 Air Right-----------------------------------------------------R + Right 360 Air Left------------------------R + Rotate control stick anti-clockwise 360 Air Right----------------------------R + Rotate control stick clockwise 540 Air Left------------------------------------------------R + Rotate a/cw 540 Air Right-------------------------------------------------R + Rotate cw 720 Air Left---------------------------R + Rotate a/cw, R + Rotate A/cw + B 720 Air Right------------------------------R + Rotate cw, R + Rotate cw + B 900 Air Left-------------R + Rotate a/cw, R + Rorate a/cw + B, R + left + B 900 Air Right----------------R + Rotate cw, R + Rorate cw + B, R + left + B 1080 Air Left-R + Rotate a/cw, R + Rorate a/cw + B, R + Rotate a/cw + B + Z 1080 Air Right------R + Rotate cw, R + Rorate cw + B, R + Rotate cw + B + Z ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ (10) CHARACTERS ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ______________________________________________________________________________ Kensuke Kimachi ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Born: Japan Age: 19 years Sex: Male __________________ TOTAL STAT POINTS: 35/50 ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ "Well known in Japan for his snowboarding skills. ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ *This is a secret board, and doesn't have any written stats as such.... I can however give you an idea of how good the board is with my estimated stats :P For details on how to unlock it see the Tips/tricks/secrtes section of this FAQ. The perfect beginners level. A fairly open track, with one area where you navigate between rock walls and the rest is pretty much smooth sailing........ I mean boarding.... _____________ Crystal Peak ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ The second level get a tad tougher. It's very snowy, and reduces your viewing distance a good bit, until it clears at least. You'll spend a quite a lot of this level boarding between rock walls, also you get your first taste of "ice boarsing", nice and slippery! The terrain also gets a tad bumpy towards the end of the level especially. ______________ Golden Forest ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ There are a lot of tight squeeses here. And a few logs to jump over, or duck under. As long as you watch your stuff, and don't hit too many walls you will be fine. ________________ Mountain Village ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Another blizzardy level. There are a bunch of different places the track branches off at, as well as some high parts, and some low. It's really up to you where exactly you want to go. THere's a couple of nice jumps about as well. Also, there's a good bit of cave action as well, with multiple paths to take as well. And what's this? Snowboarding on a road? Yep folks.... good thing you don't have to fork out the damage bill at the end of this. Ouch! Want some more variety? Will grass do? How about some cars to jump off? I usually seem to take a fair bit of damage in this level as well, so watch yourself. When you've beaten Mountain Village you have beaten Normal mode, and Hard mode will be available for you to race, which has the same first four races in it as Normal mode, but also has one more race, which is Dragon cave. ___________ Dragon Cave ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Dragon Cave is the last level you race in Hard mode. It's a pretty nice track, and steps away from the usual.... there's a bridge or two for you to hoon across as well as a MASSIVE CLIFF for you to jump over at, at the start of the race, if you wish too :P ____________ Deadly Falls ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ I can't spoil this for you, it just wouldn't be right..... when you earn it you will be able to enjoy it, totally un-spoiled. ______________________________________________________________________________ Trick Courses ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ _________ Half Pipe - You have 50 seconds to make your way down to the end of the half ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ pipe and score as many points as you can. When you reach the end, whatever time you have left over will count towards your score. This should keep you busy for a good while. ________ Air Make - You start up the top of a ramp, which eads you over a massive jump. ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ You only get one chance to trick, so make the best of it with the biggest combo you can pull off :) ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ (13) TIPS/TRICKS/SECRETS ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ LOADS MORE TIPS/TRICKS AND SECRETS NEXT UPDATE!!! __________________________________________________ Loose in first race and retain all of your credits ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ This is a real no-brainer, but it is surprising how many people don't use this. If you loose the first race in Match Race don't retry the level, because you will have already lost one of your "credits" (shown as the little snowboards (a mini version of the board you are riding on) in the blue squares at the bottom right of the screen. Instead, hit Start and select "restart". However, this trick only works when you loose your first race because restarting past your first race will take you back to race number one anyway. _______________ Easier landings ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Most people know this one. As you may have noticed, landing in 1080 can be a real pain in the arse. To help yourself out when trying to land without falling over and/or hurting yourself make sure that the board is flat to the ground below, so when it touches the ground it lands flat, so if the ground is flat, or sloped, try to land to board as shown: SNOWBOARDER --> '_' -|- Board --> ._ /\ _. ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Ground --> ________________ |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| '_' <-- SNOWBOARDER -|- ' /| ` , . ` . <-- Board ' . ` . ` . ` <-- Ground To top off getting your board flat when you land, hit the Z button just before the board touches the ground, this will soften your landing quite a bit. ___________ Turbo Start ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ The "turbo start" is found in just about all racing games these days. The idea of the turbo start it to get you off to a quick start, and put you straight into the lead of the race, where you can hopefully stay. To perform this handy trick is really easy. At the start of each race just hold down the Z button, and tap the joystick up really fast. Works every time. You'll know you did it right if you rider sort of jumps forward, and shoots ahead of your opponent. ________________________ Quick Recover from Falls ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ This is a very valuable trick to know, believe me ;) When your rider falls from his or her board they will get up reasonably quickly, but take a fair while to get back up to top speed. To fix this, as you rider jumps back up to ride after taking a fall rapidly tap up on the joystick and you will get a nice little boost of speed. ___________________ Unlock Penuin Board ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Go into Training mode. You'll have to pull off ever single trick listed (besided the tricks for bonus characters). It will take you some time, but once you've cleared all of the tricks, and the trick listed in the top left corner of the screen is back to Method, go back to Match Race and then select any character, then at the board selection scren hold C-Right when you are about to select the Tahoe 151, then hit A while holding C-Right. When you begin your race you'll be on the pengiun board. _________________________________________ Add "fisheye" zoom in/out in saved replay ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Use C-up to change the view in a replay to directly behind the rider (the view you play in). Now use up and down on the D-pad to add a ''fisheye'' effect and zoom in (up) and out (down). _______________________________________________ Play with the music in the Halfpipe replay mode ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ After completing a trick attack in the halfpipe, selcet ''View Replay'' and once it starts move the control stick to ''scratch a record'' in the music. ___________________________________________ Retire and keep riding past the finish line ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Do any race in Match Race and race until you are just before the finish line, then hit start to pause the game and select retire, your rider will continue and hit the wall behind the finish line, then get back up and keep riding into the wall. This is best tried on the deadly falls level... ________________________________ Take control of the Intro Camera ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Once the game into begins(with the boarder flying down the hill), simply hit C-up once, and then use the thumbstick to move the camera around. If you'd like to go back to the pre programed ''action'' cam, simply tap C-up again. ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ (14) GAME DATA ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ____________________ Developer - Nintendo ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ____________________ Publisher - Nintendo ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ _________________________________ Release Data - 2/28/1998 (Japan) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ________________________________________ Cartridge Size - 96 MegaBits (I think ;) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ _____________ Players - 1-2 ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ____________________________ Accessories - Rumble Pak ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ______________ Genre - Racing ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ (15) FAST TIMES ______________________________________________________________________________ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ So far I don't have any fast times up.
