Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2

Every single Harry Potter film has been adapted into a companion video game.
Harry Potter is truly a worldwide phenomenon, with books, movies, video games,
and just about everything else made from the Potter universe that J.K. Rowling
created. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2 is a video game based on
the latest movie that actually has yet to release at the time of this writing.
So, grab a wand, put on the Sorting Hat, and get ready to get some closure with
the saga of Harry Potter!

Even though I wrote this guide by playing the Xbox 360 version of the game, it
is compatible with the PlayStation 3 and PC versions of the game. I am not
entirely sure if this guide will also be compatible with the Wii or DS versions
of the game, or the future Wii U version that has yet to be released.

There are multiple difficulties to play this game on. Not only that, but
throughout the course of the game, new spells are unlocked as the storyline
sees fit, and new characters are taken control of. There are no differences
between any of the characters controlled in this game, so there are no worries
there when it comes to having to learn a new control scheme or anything. All of
the wizards controlled have access to all the same spells in the game.

Similarly to popular shooters such as the Gears of War franchise and the Call
of Duty series, this game uses a regenerating health system. In this game, when
enough damage is taken, black smoke will surround the screen on all four sides.
When the character you are controlling is nearly dead, the screen will become
tinted in black and white. This means you need to get behind cover or press on
LB to use a shield to quickly block any incoming attacks.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 had Kinect support for the Xbox
360 version of the game. There is no Kinect support for Harry Potter and the
Deathly Hallows, Part 2. However, the PlayStation 3 version of the game DOES
support the PlayStation Move peripheral.

Scattered throughout the game are glowing blue orbs that unlock extra content
to enjoy. While this guide does NOT point out the location of every single orb
in the game, I do make it a point to make known the locations of quite a few
throughout the guide that are a little bit more difficult to find. The main
purpose of this guide is to get the player from the beginning of the game to
the end of the game.

3. Walkthrough
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

                          -------------------
                              1. GRINGOTTS
                          -------------------

Right off the bat, take a right up the hill. In the middle of this area, you
will see a water geyser of sorts. There is a glowing blue orb next to it. Run
over and grab it. This is a collectible. There are a total of four collectibles
in this level. After snatching the collectible, backtrack back down the hill
and then go down the left path towards Ron and Hermione. Walk with them towards
the big closed door. The game will teach you about pressing back to lead you to
objectives. Walk over to the blue glowing marker on the ground to open the
door and head through.

Run through the cavern. You'll then be instructed to take cover behind the rock
next to Run. Tap A to do so. After the short scene, pull down on the left
trigger to aim at the two guards. Repeatedly mash on the right trigger to take
them both out. You'll also snag an spiffy achievement to do this. When they are
defeated, go to the right, not the direction of Ron and Hermione to get another
collectible. This will unlock a new challenge.

Rejoin Ron and Hermione. Hang out for a minute while Hermione uses a charm to
unlock the door. Head through. In this next area, there will be a mine cart
track above your head. Take cover at the next slab of rock to avoid detection
from the cart as it zooms by overhead. When the cart is gone, hold A to sprint
towards the end of this tunnel. Go through the next door and defeat the two
guards in here. Follow the tunnel.

Sprint over to the end of the tracks and hold the back button to check out an
event going on in the distance. When the trio are done, hang a right. You'll
hear guards coming, so take cover at a rock. Three guards will come out of the
door. Defeat them by spamming Stupefy like you've been doing. Go through the
door after they're defeated.

In the next area, the gang will get bombarded by a dude firing off spells at a
quick rate. Hold LB to activate a magic shield. The enemy's beams will slowly
destroy the shield, but it won't do it away completely. Keep walking forward
and pushing through. When you get to rock cover, use it and then spam magic
spells at the enemy to defeat him. Keep going straight to encounter even more
enemies. Some will just use regular magical attacks, but others will use the
rapid-fire ones. Use the shield to block those and push forward. Take out all
of the enemies. Reinforcements will come, so take care of them, too, in the
same fashion. With all of them defeated, a cut-scene will occur.

Take cover at the bridge. From this position, take out the guards that are
trying to attack Ron and Hermione. When enough have been defeated, one guard
will fire a powerful spell at the bridge. This will effectively destroy the
bridge and send Harry falling down to Ron and Hermione's position. Take cover
and then pick off the guards in the distance one by one. If they get behind
cover, don't be afraid to charge them with your shield activated as Stupefy
does significantly more damage at close range. When all the guards are
defeated, approach the door.

It seems Hermione is going to need a little bit more time unlocking this door
with her evil, demonic witchcraft, and she'll need to be defended. This isn't
too hard. Just take out the few guards that try to stop her. She'll then open
the door. Run through.

There are two enemies in this next area that are on elevated ledges. They will
shoot spells like crazy. Use your shield to block their spells, and then pick
them off from the distance. Don't be afraid to get behind cover if you need to.
There will be a couple of guards on the ground, too, so take care of them with
blasts as well. When the coast is clear, keep following the path in the cavern.

There will be a dragon surrounded by pillars. Use the pillars to avoid getting
lit up by the dragon's fire. Just wait for the dragon's flames to blow behind
one of the pillars and then run to the next. You'll probably be able to run by
two at a time. When you get towards the middle, the dragon will destroy the
pillar with his fire. This will create new cover for Harry. Sprint to the cover
and tap A to get behind it. Despite the flames, hold LT to aim, shoot one of
the torches to cause a series of explosions. This will stop the dragon's fire,
and give you the opportunity to run behind the next pillar to the left. Level
complete!

                          -------------------
                      2. THE STREETS OF HOGSMEADE
                          -------------------

Run forward and defeat the enemies as they appear. Once again, it's virtually a
straight-shot through this area. These next enemies are Deatheaters, and they
are a lot stronger than the guards encountered in the bank. Some of them will
have shields. Tap Y to equip the Expelliarmus and then shoot at them to disarm
their shields. There will be a ton of Deatheaters at this section, so tap X to
switch back to Stupefy and take them out. Whenever one uses a shield, tap Y and
then pull the right trigger to get rid of it. Keep using this strategy until
they are all defeated, and then walk up to the closed gate.

The gate will open. Walk through the alleyway to come across another closed
gate. You'll have to wait for Ron and Hermione to catch up for it to open. Then
walk through. There will be two wizards in windows in the distance. They have
powerful spells that will shatter Harry's shield with one-shot. Take cover and
then spam Stupefy at them from a distance. If Harry takes too much damage, just
get back down behind the cover to regain his health. Then return to spamming
magic shots at them. When they are both defeated, run down the hill.
Deatheaters will spawn behind our magical heroes. Disarm their shields, defeat
them, and then walk up the nearby stairs. A bunch more Deatheaters will appear,
but there's plenty of cover here. Defeat them with the same strategy as before.

Now, time to get to Honeyduke. Sprint towards the door. The door will then
explode, and a bunch of Deatheaters. Take them all out quickly and then run
through the building.

Outside, there will be a bunch of Deatheaters that appear. Take them all out,
too. When they're defeated, go through the next building. Run up to the next
door. Hermione will have to be defended yet again while she tries to unlock the
damn thing. Defeat the Death Eaters as they appear. Hermione will then unlock
the door. Head through.

Defeat all the Death Eaters out here. When enough have been defeated, run to
the marker in the middle structure. You'll have to defend this from more
invading Death Eaters. Use cover, disable shields, and use Stupefy to do battle
with them and defeat them all. Harry, Ron, and Hermione will then be attacked
by a bunch of Dementers.

                          -------------------
                       3. A PROBLEM OF SECURITY
                          -------------------

BOSS FIGHT!!!
The Carrows
* * * * * * * * * *
Professor Snape will be guarded by The Carrows. This duo will stand right next
to each other. They will shoot at Harry, and they'll also use shields. Just
disable their shields and then spam Stupefy at them when their shields are
down. To the right, there's a collectible to snag. Do so before you finish
these guys. When enough damage has been dealt, one of them will be defeated.

Repeat the process for the second one.

BOSS FIGHT!!!

For some unknown reason, I unlocked the achievement for beating a level without
dying at this point. So...there's that. Regardless...

* * * * * * * * * *
BOSS FIGHT!!!
Snape
* * * * * * * * * *
You'll see a couple of more collectibles around here. You'll be controlling
Professor McGonagall, so she moves slow, but it's worth it grabbing the
collectibles. Snape himself is a really easy boss. McGonagall has Expulso at
her disposal, which is essentially the Hogwarts equivalent of an Uzi. Snape
will throw up a shield. Disarm his shield, tap B to equip Expulso, and then
hold the right trigger to blow him away.

He'll teleport around the area. Disarm his shields when he throws them up and
then spam Expulso at him. Eventually Snape will start teleporting onto ledges.
Use the same strategy against him. When enough damage has been dealt, Snape
will use his wand to throw a table at McGonagall. Tap X rapidly to win the QTE
and avoid taking damage from the table.

Otherwise, just blast Snape to hell.

                          -------------------
                          4. THE BASILISK FANG
                          -------------------

Ron will lead the way through the tunnel using his flashli--wand. There may be
a couple of spiders that will scurry around in the distance. Destroy them with
Stupefy to protect Ron's dignity. Anyway, just follow Ron through the tunnels
and then Ron will fall down...and his health bar will appear on the upper left
corner of the screen.

Keep following Ron in this area. Spiders will try to pounce on Ron. Use the
shield to bounce them back and destroy them. Keep walking until the two of you
come across a closed door. Stand back-to-back with Ron. Keep casting your
shield to knock back the spiders, or spam Stupefy to destroy them.

Ron will open the door and then walk through. Hug the right to snag another
collectible. Then keep following Ron. Kill the spiders as they come and just
stay in Ron's light as he slowwwwwwwly walks through the Chamber of Secrets.

After you get your next checkpoint, hug the left this time to get another
collectible. When the next spiders are encountered, Ron will tell you to use
Expulso. Do this. You can kill them pretty easily with Stupefy, too, but oh
well. Then continue to follow Ron to next locked door. Protect him from the
spiders as he unlocks it.

Keep following Ron. Kill them damn spiders. Keep following, defend him while he
unlocks a door, head through. Turn around, kill the spiders as the door bounces
up and down and refuses to close. When they're all dead, return to following
Ron, right into a much more impressive area of the chamber. Run down to the
end of the chamber and interact with the Basilisk skeleton.

Water will then pour into the area. Use the left analog stick and hold it down
to run away from the water. Debris will fall into your way, so just move left
and right to avoid running into the debris.

                          -------------------
                            5. A JOB TO DO
                          -------------------

You'll now be controlling Seamus! No, not the Celtic Warrior of WWE fame, the
firebug from J.K. Rowling fame. Grab the collectible sitting in front of the
fountain, and then run onto the bridge. Neville will be blocking your path.
Ginny will then inform Seamus he needs to place six magical charges on the
bridge to blow it to hell! So, go to the left.

Take cover at the rock. A marker will designate exactly where you need to go.
When Neville says so, run to the next rock where the marker is located. The
wizards in the distance will be firing magic spells that can kill Seamus in
one hit. Wait for the purple beams of magic to stop firing at Seamus to keep
running from cover to cover. When you reach the base of the bridge, wait for
the fire from the opposing wizards to cease, then tap A to place a charge.

Fight your way down the cliffside. There will be Death Eaters that appear. Use
your new Confringo spell to take them out. It's really effective and can
destroy enemy shields easily. Just keep fighting down the cliffside until you
reach the second charge and plant it.

Fight your way down to the third charge now. There will be wizards from afar
and they deal serious damage. Use Confringo to take them out. A few Death
Eaters will zoom down to your location. Take them out as well, and then place
the third charge.

Fight your way along the cliffside. Yup, the CLIFF LITERALLY LEADS TO THE OTHER
SIDE OF THE BRIDGE, WHICH MAKES BLOWING THE BRIDGE UP IN THE FIRST PLACE A
COMPLETELY POINTLESS AND MEANINGLESS TASK. Also, how in the HELL is Seamus
supposed to get back across? Seriously, where is the logic here? This is
unacceptably idiotic. Ugh. Well, my personal view on the current objective
aside, you can shoot the torches next to the enemies to make them explode and
kill them easily. Make your way to the next charge, plant it, and then start
getting your way to the fourth one.

Plant the fourth one. Fight the way to the fifth one. Plant it. Fight to the
sixth one. Plant it. Take a couple of steps to the right to switch control over
to Neville.

As Neville, blast the Death Eaters from above until they are all defeated. This
takes a long time, and it's boring. Don't worry about Seamus dying, as it is
practically impossible for him to die during this segment. When they are all
defeated, Neville will automatically move to the next location on the bridge
to defend Seamus from above as he tries to make his way back to Hogwarts.

This part is a lot harder. Seamus rarely stays behind cover, and as a result,
will get absolutely destroyed by the spells of the Death Eaters. Do your best
to pick them off. It will be a major pain, but just keep defeating the Death
Eaters until they are all defeated. Neville will then run to the NEXT area he
has to be to defend Seamus.

You can now double tap X to equip a spell that works like a sniper rifle. This
makes defend Seamus LOADS easier. With this spell equipped, taking out the
Death Eaters from afar is a breeze. Just keep nailing them with this attack. If
they throw shields up, use Confringo. Also use Confringo if there are two or
more Death Eaters bunched up in a group together. Neville will then run to the
next location...

This time there will be a couple of Death Eaters that will fire back at you.
Take these guys out first. They are located closer to the bridge and not next
to Seamus. After all these guys are dealt with, turn your attention to the
Death Eaters that are trying to attack Seamus. Spam spells at them until they
are defeated.

Death Eaters will then get on the bridge to attack Neville. Charge them and
defeat them all. There's a collectible on this bridge behind some cover, so
snatch it to unlock yet another challenge. When that is done, run back to
Ginny. Run past her.

BOSS FIGHT!!!
Scabior
* * * * * * * * * *
This boss fight is unique in that it incorporates a QTE similar to how you
escaped from the water in the Chamber of Secrets during the previous mission.
Well, pulled down on the left analog stick to run away. There's no debris to
avoid this time around, thankfully, so just focus on running...oh, and
shooting.

Scabior will be running behind Neville as the bridge explodes, and will fire at
him. Use the right analog stick to aim the cursor over Scabior and then hold
down on the right trigger to damage him and to keep him from damaging Neville.
You can avoid his spells by moving left and right if you need to.

Just reach the end of the bridge to end the boss fight and the level.

                          -------------------
                           6. A GIANT PROBLEM
                          -------------------

* * * * * * * * * *
BOSS FIGHT!!!
Giant
* * * * * * * * * *
Tap B twice to equip Impedimenta. Lock onto the Giant and then blast away with
it. The two knights in front of you will try to do battle with the giant. Spam
magical attacks at the giant as much as you can until Death Eaters arrive. Do
battle with the Death Eaters. They will stop appearing after the giant has
defeated both of the knights.

Backpeddal and spam magical attacks at the giant. Keep doing this until two
more knights intervene to help you. Keep repeating the process detailed in the
above paragraph until the giant's health is depleted completely and you're at
the end of the bridge. Then use Impedimenta to knock the giant off the bridge
and defeat him!

Giant

All is safe...

OH WAIT NO IT'S NOT!

* * * * * * * * * *
BOSS FIGHT!!!
Giant
* * * * * * * * * *
Snipe the giant from at the end of the bridge. Kill the Death Eaters as they
come. Use the shield as much as possible. Don't bother shooting the boulders
out of the sky that the giant throws. Just dodge them. Then return to attacking
the giant with a variety of spells from a distance. Keep doing this, defeating
the Death Eaters, and spamming magical spell attacks at the giant.

The giant will eventually get close enough to do battle with a pair of knights.
The giant will fight with the knights, and that's your cue to drain the
remainder of his health bar. When it's at zero, tap B twice and then fire the
Impedimenta spell at it to defeat it.
* * * * * * * * * *
BOSS FIGHT!!!
Giant
* * * * * * * * * *

The Death Eaters will then charge from the bridge. Defeat it from your current
location with sniping spells and Confringo. When enough of them have been
defeated, a QTE will trigger. Press Y when prompted. Then tap on LB repeatedly
for the next step. Finally, press Y one more time to send the giant falling
back down into the water below.

                          -------------------
                          7. THE LOST DIADEM
                          -------------------

Malfoy and his cronies are behind cover right when this level starts. Use your
shield to block their attacks and then spam your own at them until they run
away. Hermione, Ron, and Harry will then have a short conversation. When they
are done speaking, a marker will appear. Press back to direct Harry's sight
towards the marker. Walk over to it and then Harry's scar will start acting up.
Hermione will clear the path. Head through this new path and go to the right
to get a collectible. Malfoy and his cronies will appear again. Defeat them,
then use the markers to direct yourself over the next obstacles and then go to
the right to grab another collectible. Run over to the next marker and Harry's
scar will act up again. Hermione will clear up the next path and then head over
there.

In this area, the enemy will be behind cover, in a bunker-like structure made
out of shelves and books. Stay behind cover and spam Stupefy at him. Just keep
hitting him with Stupefy until the structure collapses on top of him. When this
is over, run over to the next marker to initiate another conversation. You'll
see another marker on some rubble that you can walk over, so head over in that
direction next.

Once again, you'll have another bunker-like battle with Malfoy. Get behind
cover and return to spamming him with Stupefy spamming. It will take a little
longer than last time, but after enough damage has been dealt, the makeshift
bunker will collapse on him. Turn around to see the next marker that points to
where you need to go. Run over to it, and Harry's scar will go nuts before you
can even reach it. Once again, Hermione will clear the path. In the next area,
Malfoy and his buddies will appear yet again. Spam them with Stupefy. They will
run away again. Go to the next marker. The scar goes nuts. Hermione clears the
path. Yeah, you're getting the picture now, aren't ya? Go to the new area to
trigger a cut-scene.

Yaya, nother running away segment! And that's not me being sarcastic. I legit
like these parts of the game. Run away from the flames using the left analog
stick in the same manner as you have before. Just focus on running until a
bunch of debris flies into the air towards Harry. Aim the cursor at these and
then tap the right trigger to destroy the debris before it reaches you. Keep
doing this as it occurs until you regroup with Ron and Hermione.

                          -------------------
                       8. THE BATTLE OF HOGWARTS
                          -------------------

We're nearing the end here, if the title of this chapter wasn't any indication
of that fact already. Well, run straight ahead. Don't bother going off of the
path to the left or to the right. Just run forward to the next checkpoint.

You'll then be bombarded by Death Eaters. Take them all out. Run forward, and
then more Death Eaters will burst through the wall. Hang back and keep taking
them out with magic spells as the Death Eaters swarm into the building. Hang
back and defeat them all.

When they're defeated, run through the giant hole in the wall they created.
This next part is a giant man. You'll have to hold RB and use the left analog
stick to Apparate all over the place to avoid the incoming fire. Use the shield
as much as possible. Apparate across the gaps, and then do battle with the
Death Eaters that approach you. Defeat them as quickly as possible. The spells
coming from the Death Eaters above you are VERY deadly and you can't afford to
take your time. With them defeated, Apparate to the next marker in front of the
door to get another checkpoint.

While Hermione is busy unlocking the door, snipe the Death Eaters that are
hanging out on the roof and windows and stuff. Then take cover and snipe the
Death Eaters that are across the way. Hermione will then unlock and the door
and the three of you can head through.

Go down the stairs. In this next hallway area, there will be a bunch of Death
Eaters. Defeat them and run forward. More Death Eaters will burst through the
wall so be sure to stay behind cover and take them out. With them defeated,
take a right through the open door. Defeat all of the Death Eaters on the
floor, and the swing the camera upward. There will be two or three Death Eaters
on the bridge-like structure above. Snipe them. With them defeated, press back
to point Harry to the next marker. It's located right in front of a door, so
run over to the door.

Yet again, Hermione will need you and Ron to defend her from enemies while she
unlocks the door. Your first priority is to snipe the Death Eaters that are on
the scaffolding above you. They have very powerful magic that can defeat Harry
with just a few hits. When they are defeated, take out the other Death Eaters
as they spawn in front of you. Be sure to stay behind cover as you do this.
When they are all defeated, Hermione will finish unlocking the door. Follow her
and Ron through the door to the next objective marker.

Follow the staircases and defeat the Death Eaters as they appear. There will be
a total of two collectibles that are in VERY plain sight as you are traversing
these staircases, so don't miss them. Defeat the Death Eaters, make your way to
the bottom of the stairs to regroup with Ron and Hermione.

When you're back with your buds on the bottom floor, run across to the other
side and take out the Death Eaters as you go. Run up the stairs where the
marker is, and then there will be an open door leading to the next area that
you need to go to. Run to the next door.

BOSS FIGHT!!!
Fenrir
* * * * * * * * * *
Get behind cover. Use the sniping magic to take out the weaker wizards. Fenrir
will be firing green spells at you...the killing curse, if my Potter lore is
up to speed (which it probably isn't). If you keep pulling on the left trigger,
Hermione will automatically aim at Fenrir, in a manner similar to the Call of
Duty games. Do this to find him. Blast the torches next to him to deal extra
damage. If he gets knocked down from the torch explosion, spam attacks on him
to deal as much damage as possible. It is possible that Fenrir will heal
himself.

Regardless, just keep laying into him with as much magical attacks as humanly
possible to deal as much damage as possible. Keep doing this until Fenrir's
health is about halfway depleted and he will flip out. Then return to spamming
him with magic.

When his health is all the way gone, Fenrir will heal himself yet again, back
to bout half health. Watch his smoke fly in the sky to know where he's going to
appear next, and then take advantage of that by laying into him with magical
attacks. Don't let up. Deplete his health all the way two more times. After
this, he'll heal himself to about quarter health.

Charge Fenrir. Spam magical attacks into him as you draw nearer and nearer.
Don't let up. He will be defeated shortly afterwards.

BOSS FIGHT!!!
Fenrir
* * * * * * * * * *

With Fenrir dead, you'll retake control of Harry. Make your way down the
staircase built into the side of the island. Battle the Death Eaters on the way
down and just keep fighting until you reach the bottom of the staircase to
trigger another cut-scene and finish the level.

                          -------------------
                             9. SURRENDER
                          -------------------

Sprint straight ahead to the bridge. A few Death Eaters will suddenly appear.
Take them out with magic. Then keep battling down the bridge, defeating the
Death Eaters as you go. For some unknown reason, the Death Eaters as you kill
them during this section, die in slow motion. Well, just keep battling until
you reach a downhill path. Defeat the Death Eaters as they appear on the sides
and keep sprinting to the objective marker.

Walk down the path in the woods. Four ghosts will join Harry as you walk
through the woods. Keep walking as Harry and the ghosts talk. This will then
end the level.

                          -------------------
                          10. A TURN OF EVENTS
                          -------------------

BOSS FIGHT!!!
Voldemort
* * * * * * * * * *
FIIIGHT! Spam magical spells at Voldemort while using the shield to block his
incoming attacks. Just keep nailing Voldemort with magic until you deplete his
health enough to trigger a short scene.

Voldemort will then teleport all over the place with his black smoke. Like a
demon from the Supernatural TV show. Wait for him to land and then return to
spamming spells at him while blocking his offense. Basically, employ the exact
same strategy as you did before.

Voldemort will then be able to deflect a lot of your spells. Don't worry about
it and just keep laying into him. Don't stop hitting Voldemort with spells
utnil his health bar is completely depleted.

BOSS FIGHT!!!
Voldemort
* * * * * * * * * *

Get ready for a super difficult part! It's one of the running segments. The
dark cloud of Voldemort will follow you. Just pull down on the left analog
stick and run away from the cloud. Use the right analog stick to aim at torches
on the wall, suits of armor, shelves, and what-not, destroy them, and this will
help impede the progress of Voldemort and his smoke.

You'll now take control of Ron Weasly. Battle up the stairs. Defeat the Death
Eaters. Check the stairs on the lefthand side constantly, and eventually you
will find collectibles. Keep battling up the stairs and defeat every Death
Eater that you come across.

Keep doing this. Stairs. Death Eaters. You know the drill. There is a small
alcove on fire that contains a collectible. Battle your way to the next
objective marker to end the level.

                          -------------------
                          11. NOT MY DAUGHTER
                          -------------------

Now you're Ginny! Woot-woot. Defeat all the Death Eaters that appear. Run
around the courtyard, defend yourself, and kill them all.

More Death Eaters will appear. On the left side of the courtyard (facing the
bridge), there is a collectible in the rubble. Grab it and then return to
killing a bunch of Death Eaters. Just keep on killing them until they are all
defeated and you get another checkpoint.

Kill more Death Eaters. After they have been taken out, more will spawn, and
you will get a checkpoint. Defeat the new ones that come, and then the battle
will be over! Flee back into Hogwarts.

BOSS FIGHT!!!
Bellatrix
* * * * * * * * * *
Bellatrix is basically just like every other boss encountered so far in the
game. Have Expulso equipped. Strafe left and right in the middle of this area
and keep track of where she appears. Hold down on the right trigger to deal a
significant amount of damage to her in quick-fashion before she has a chance to
activate her shields or teleport again. Ignore the henchmen wizards in the
background that have their shields on.

When enough damage is dealt, the game will award you with a checkpoint. Keep
damaging Bellatrix, strafing to the left and to the right, and using Expulso on
her like no one's business. When enough damage is dealt, and her health bar is
in the red, Bellatrax will try to throw something at Molly Weasly. Tap Y
repeatedly when this QTE activates to destroy it before it can hit Molly and
the battle continues.

Bellatrix will do the same stuff as before. She'll teleport around, and she'll
retreat to higher ground, too. Just keep laying into her with Expulso,
strafing, and then you will be fine. Just keep attacking her until her health
bar is completely depleted.

Bellatrix

                          -------------------
                      12. VOLDEMORT'S LAST STAND
                          -------------------

* * * * * * * * * *
BOSS FIGHT!!!
Voldemort
* * * * * * * * * *
Just spam a ton of spells at Voldemort. Don't bother using shields, unless you
are playing on a higher difficulty than Normal. Just keep switching the
different offensive spells at Voldemort until enough damage is dealt that he
blows up a part of the scaffolding you're standing on.

When this occurs, immediately go to the right to get a collectible. Then return
your attention to Voldemort. Return to the strategy of just constantly using a
variety of spells on him to deal the most damage. When Voldemort's health is
taken down to there being only about a quarter left, another scene will happen.

Deal damage from him. Try to use sniping attacks as much as possible since he
is kind of far away. Yet another scene will occur. Charge Voldemort and grab
the collectible to the right of him. Then hit him with more spells yet again.
When Voldemort's health is depleted, another cut-scene will occur.

BOSS FIGHT!!!
Voldemort
* * * * * * * * * *

This QTE will require you to move the left analog stick to control the big
spell beam. Try to keep the beam focused on the center of the screen, right on
Voldemort. After doing this once, Harry will almost fire the beams righat him.
However, Voldemort will be able to block it. Do it again. Then Harry will be
able to best Voldemort.

CONGRATULATIONS! GAME OVER! Hogwarts is safe!

4. Challenge Mode and Extras
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
There is a Challenge Mode in this game. Challenge Mode is where you can replay
any level in the game (assuming you found the appropriate collectible in that
particular level) and try to beat your time.

The collectibles in the game also yield other content. There are characters
that can be unlocked that operate in a manner similar to figurines in Resident
Evil 5, for example. There are 10 characters as well as 12 musical tracks to
unlock.
