Hello Peoples! YOu may not have heard me but my name is Shannon Beckwith A.k.A

2. *~Controls~*

D-pad or "+": This controls the directions of movement (of course). Also to scroll up and down lists.

"A": Use to select an item or tool, speak to someone, or confirm something.

"B": Hold this and move at the same time and you will run. While running you can also jump over fences. Also used to cancel something.

Select: Use this to pause the game. In this screen you can check the date, time and amount of money you make. Press Start to call your pet or horse(foal), and to turn on the memo and turn on the Harvest Sprite Timer!

Start: Changes the tool or item you hold.

GAME BOY ADVANCE:

"L": Makes screen larger.

"R": Maked screen smaller.

3. *~Sad Story~*

This is where it begins. Your Poor old grandfather has just died.(cry) Then, one morning you have a dream. In the dream your grandfather says that the poor old ranch he has, has been ignored and needs some fixing up. He tells you you need to fix up the poor old ranch. Then he tells you he will come back at the end of the year and grade your work on the ranch. If you worked hard and good, he will reward you! If you do, well, lets just say CRAPY, he will tell you to get of your ass and work harder!(not really). When he means "work harder," that means he's ganna EXPAND the freakin' ranch because you suck and all you do is sit on your ass all day!

4. *~What you must do to do good!~*

Do you want become the RANCH MASTER?!?!? DO YOU?!?!DO YOU??!?!? Well if you want to you must do as I tell you! If you dont, your grandfather will tell you to get off your ass and WORK! If you dont work, no gift from grandfather! Uh-Oh

1. Own four adult cows.(moo)
2. Own four chickens. (cock-a-doodle-doo)
3. Have an Ultra-Deluxe House. (Big ass house)
4. Eaten at least SIX Power Berries.
5. Save up at least 66,000 of Gold. (DAHM!)
6. Shipped at least 4,500 units if food to the TRADERS. (thats a lot of food)
7. Have your happiness rate really high! (250 or higher)
8. Hoed and have plants growning at least 1,600 squares of your ranch!!!(OMG)

Your grandfather will come on the 30th of winter and grade your ranch. If you did good, he will give you a fishing rod,pickax, and an umbrella! If you did crappy, he will expand your ranch! (That means getting of your ass and doing some work buddy boy!)

NOTE: I got this info from a good-ol'-buddy of mine, SOMTOXIC!

5. *~Animals and People!~*

a.Animals YOU can control or own-

Pets: This is the kitty or the puppy you chose at the begginning of the game!

Foal(Horse): This is a horse the comes in the game asking to stay with you. Later in the game, you get to buy sattlebags for it. Once you bye the saddlebags, you can harvest your plants and put them in the saddlebags instead of traveling all the way over to the Shipping Box!

Cows: You can buy a cow for 5,000 gold or breed them. Of course cows have stages in there life! The stages are baby, calve and adult. When a cow is an adult, you can milk them and sell the milk for some gold! (IM RICH! WOOHOO!)

Chickens: You can buy a chicken for 500 gold. The chickens have stages to ya know: Chick and chicken. When the chicken is adult, for example, it will lay an egg if you feed it. You can sell the egg or put the egg in a box for it to hatch! (MORE CHICKENS!)

b.Stupid animals that get in your way!-

Foxes: They run across the screen when your sitting on your ass.

Squirrels: They run across the screen when your sitting on your ass.

Rabbits: They run across the screen when your sitting on your ass.

Moles: The moles will drive you crazy! Thats all Im ganna say!

c. YOU

You can be either a male or a female. You can name yourself anything you want but it can only be 4 letters long! Examples: Anna,Ally,Ema,Jane,Saly,Sue,Mary,Jane, ext. What I did is put a heart, my anisuals (SB) then another heart!

d. The Towns People and Stupid People

1. Nina: Nina is a gardener who will sell you seeds! She works in the Flower Shop

2. Eve: Eve is a bar tender but she sells non-alcolholic drinks. She sells Juice! She works at the Juice Bar.

3. Maria: She is a priest that works at the curch. She will give a fortune and you can pray at the church.

4. Carpenter: You can buy pieces of wood for 500 gold from the Carpenter so you can build your fences and also you can ask him to expand your house for alot of gold!

5. Ellen: Hungry? Go to the resurant!

6. Animal Seller: Want some animals? Wanna SELL some animals? Ok go to the Animal Shop!

7. 3 Harvest Sprites: These stupid monkey lookin things live in a stupid cave behind the tool shed. They will work for you if your nice to them and give them a mushroon every other day. (WARNING: Do not accidentily swing the ax on the Sprites!).

8. Harvest Goddess: This is the leader of the Harvest Sprites. She only upgrades your tools. (WOW, how boring!)

9. Ranch Spirit: This is your grandfather. I call the grandfather "IT" because he wants you to work on his ranch. Why does IT just come down and fix it up himself cause he's ganna come back to grade you so he can just have the stupid ranch! (See "Sad Story").

5. *~ Items ~*

Ya know you stuff to do stuff! You need tools!You need STUFF! STUFF I TELL YOU STUFF!

a. Tools

Axe: Hit a stump 6 times and it brakes! Oh wow! (why will it not kill my animals? Bloodymurder! Bwahahahhaha!).

Hammer: You see these stupid little boulder in your way. You want them gone dontcha? Get the hammer, hit the boulder 6 times an lala! ITS GONE! (YEA)

Sickle: The sickle will get you sick and make you die! Not really....You use this to cut your grass to feed your animals with!

Hoe: Its not a ............... ITS A GARDENING TOOL YOU RETARD! You use this to loosin up the fields so you can plant some seeds. It only loosins 1 square in front of you.

Watering Can: You use this to water your crops. It does run out of water so you sometimes need to walk over to the little pond and fill it back up! It waters only 1 square in front of you

Sprinkler: This is a REALLY GOOD Upgrade to the stupid slow watering can! It water more plants instead of 1 square!

b. Gold Stuff!

Golden Axe: An earthquake is ganna happin! (gasp) Oh no! Well take your boring stupid steal ax and take it to the cave. Then take it to the upper room. Walk all the way to the spot wear it is right next to the water. Press "A" to throw your ax in. The Harvest Goddess will come out and ask if this GOLDEN AXE is yours. You must say NO. She will say how nice it is for you to be an honest person and she will give THE GOLDEN AXE to you! It brakes a stump with only one hit. Also if you swing the axe to the ground, your persons eye's will get really wide because they swung the axe on there foot. Its funny to look at(*SWOOSH* *BANG* "OWWW MY FOOT!")

Golden Hammer: In the second expansion for your crib(house), the carpender will ask, can I borrow your hammer. You say YES.(YOU MUST SAY YES). When he's done, he'll give it back to you and it will be improved. The Golden Hammer can brake a stupid boulder with one hit.

Golden Sickle: If you give the stupid harvest sprite a total of 30 mushrooms, The harvest sprite in the front will ask if your sickle is sharp enough. If you say "yes" he take it an improve it in 12 REAL HOURS. If you say "no", kiss your sickle buhbye!
When you get the Golden Sickle from the Stupid Sprite, you can cut weeds and plants all the way around you instead of 1 square in front of you!

Golden Hoe: After you talked to The Sprite about the golden sickle, he'll ask you the same thing about the hoe. You still must answer "Yes" the hoe is sharp enough. The Sprite will take it and improve it in 24 REAL HOURS!(wow) When you get the Golden Hoe back, you get to hoe 6 squares in front of you! (WOWYZOWY!)

c. FOOD!

The way you can get some food is going to the Resturant and buying some!

Meat Dumpling: 100 Gold for 10 of these.

Rice Balls: 200 gold for 10 of these.

Croissants: 300 gold for 10 of these.

Lunch Box: 500 gold for this. You eat it right away.

Cake: 300 gold for this. You eat it right away.

Milk: 100 gold for 10 cups. You only can have this when you own a cow.

Green Tea: 200 gold for 10 cups.

Wild Grape Juice: 300 gold for 10 cups.

Orange Juice(yummy): 300 gold for this. You drink it right away.

Apple Juice: 500 gold for this. You drink it right away.

d. Animal Stuff

Animal Stuff is stuff for your animals except you pet(cat/dog).

Cow Feed: 700 gold for this. You can feed your cow 12 times.

Chicken Feed: 500 gold for this. You can feed your chickens 12 times.

Cow Brush: Wanna keep your cow happy? Brush it! It cost 800 gold.

Cow Milker: Got Milk? Want to milk them cows? Well you need the milker! And guess what, I FORGOT WHAT THE PRICE IS!

Cow Bell: The fat ass cows wont move when you push them or call them. Well you get this bell free when you buy your 1st cow. Ring the bell and the cows will follow you!

Miracle Potion: This is just plain evil, i think but hey, its life. You use this to impregnate your cows!(evil) It cost 4,000 gold.

Cow Medicine: Your cows are coughing(*cough**cough*), your cows are barfing(*BLAAAA*). You use this to cure your sick cow. 1,000 gold for this.

Saddlebags: LOL This is funny. In the movie "Ace Ventura, Pet Detective," Ace gets angry at this chick and calls her "saddlebags." He said saddlebags to her because he was saying she has ugly, hanging butt! Well in the game, Saddlebags go on your horse.(See Animals and People for saddlebags.)

e. Grandfather Gift

You get rewarded from grandfather because you've been working hard so he gives you some gifts. Here they are!

Fishing Pole: This is the 1st gift. This lets you fish in the cave.

Pickax: 2nd gift. You use this in the left part of the cave to find some yummy, juicy POWER BERRIES!

Umbrella: Wow,a stupid umbrella to hide under and not get you wet. What a great gift.(Sating sarcasticly). WRONG! The umbrella is acually sorta magical! It makes it rain!

f. Other

Butter Maker: You can get this in the 3rd year for 30,0000 gold.(CRAPLOAD OF GOLD). It will turn the cows milk into butter!

Cheese Maker: Same thing as butter maker and same price and same thing but it makes CHEEEEEEESSSSE!

Material: WOOD! WANNA MAKE A FENCE? WANNA EXPAND YOUR HOUSE? WANT ME TO STOP YELLING? Bye some material for 500 gold and lala.

6. *~ Plants ~*

Ok, YOU HAVE TO HAVE PLANTS ON YOUR FARM GROWING OR YOUR NOT GANNA HAVE ENOUGH GOLD!!!!
You buy plants from the Flower Shop and grow them and harvest them and then grow them again and then harvest them again and then................There's different seasons every year.(Spring,summer,autaumn,and winter). That means there's different plants!

a. Spring!

Turnip Seeds: These grow fast! These cost 120 gold. These you have to replant(buy more seeds) after you harvest them.

Potato Seeds: My mom, she calls potatos patatos! I say "Mom, there called POTATOS!" She say "I dont care." Im thinking, "Why would you call them patatos?" Well anyways Potatos cost 150 gold. These grow a little slower than turnips. These you have to replant after you harvest them.

b. Summer!

Tomato Seeds: My mom, calls Tomatos TAMATOS or something weird or she calls them Sacratomato's because we live by Sacromento(California). Well anyways tomatos take a while to grow. They cost 200 gold! After you harvest them, you dont need to plant new seeds again! The tomatos re-grow!

Corn Seed: These grow a little slower than Tomatos. These cost 300 gold! And guess what?!?! They grow back like tomatos! (YEA!)

c. Autaumn

Eggplant Seeds: These grow one day slower than turnips. These cost 150 gold. When you harvest them, you have to plant more seeds after it.

Peanut Seeds: Ever seen a peanut bush? I know i havent! These grow a little slower than eggplants. These cost 200 gold. After you harvest, you have to plant more seeds.

d. Brrrr, Winter.

Carrot Seeds: These grow one day slower than eggplants. These cost 300 gold! When you harvest them, you have to plant more seeds.

Broccoli Seeds: These grow a little slower than carrots seeds. These cost 500 gold! GUESS WHAT?!??! You dont have to replant them! They grow back! (ZINNG)

e. What is the deal with Grass?

Im guessing everytime you go into the flower shop, you see a bag of grass seeds. Well the grass seeds are for you cows and chickens. For one bag of grass seeds it costs 500 gold. When you plant them at first they look like little dots. Then they turn into a light green color in a couple of days. Then a couple days later, it will turn dark green. When it turns dark green, get your sickle and harvest it. When you swing your sickle, a patch of grass will dissappear. It goes into the Silo. Then it becomes Fodder.The best part is, is you dont have to replant it! I keeps growing! Make sure you plant enough and harvest enough grass before autaumn and winter because in autamn and winter, when you plant the grass, it will show the seed, then when it grows into GRASS it will die! So make sure you harvest enough grass to feed your cows and chicken threw those 2 seasons!

7. *~What the HECK Is Harvest Moon?

Your thinking in your head "what in gods name is Harvest Moon?" Well Harvest Moon is a game, duh'! Just kidding. I'll tell you what the heck Harvest Moon is in this GUIDEBOOK.A GUIDEBOOK is about what your sappost to do in this game and other stuff.(If your wondering why I always put "stuff," well i put "stuff" everywhere to annoy you and drive you crazy and make you go INSANE!....Just Kidding!)

a.Really! What the HECK is Harvest Moon?

OK!OK! I understand! Your tired of waiting so here ya go you impatient person!(Just kidding)

1. Name yourself and choose your pet and name it.(EXAMPLE: I name myself Jane. Then I choose a cat and name is Obi).

2. Read what Grandfather tells you to do.(See Sad Story)

3. Check out your ranch and look around.

4. I always do this but you dont have to, I usually get my axe and hammer and destroy some boulders,stumps, and pull the weeds that are around my ranch.

5. Pick some mushrooms and give them to the Harvest Sprites.

6. Begin tilling the ground.

7. Go to the town and begin buying seeds.(2 bags of seeds atleast).

8. Plant the seeds and water them with the watering can.

9. Keep picking mushrooms and give them to the Harvesy Sprites.(do this everyday).

10. One day in Spring, a foal(horse) will come and ask for a home. You get to keep him/her and name it.(EXAMPLE: I name my horse BI)

11. Keep watering your plants. Day by day, you will see that plants getting bigger.

12. By now your plants will be ready to harvest. You can tell if the plants are ready to harvest by watering them. You will see the dirt will not change color after you water them.Pick up your plant and you will see the plant you planted. Run over to the SHIPPING BOX and put your plant in there.

13. Buy more plants and water them.

14. After you feed the Harvest Sprites 30 mushrooms, one of the Sprites will ask how your sickle is doing.(See "Items," then go to section b.Gold Stuff, then see Golden Sickle).

14. The sprite will ask how your hoe is doing.(See "Items," then go to section b. Gold Stuff then see Golden Hoe).

15. After, give only 1 mushroom to the sprite and sell the other.

16. Dont forget to water your plants and harvest them when they need to!

17. Also you only need to feed the Sprite a mushroom every other day!

18. Sooner or later, Nina will tell you she is making a SPRINKLER! Go to the Tool Shop in 7 days because it takes 7 days to make.

19. Keep the planting, watering, harvesting and mushrooms!

20. Sooner or later, if your a girl, your horse will get the saddlebags for free! YEA! Now you can start harvesting your plants and put them in the saddlebags instead of traveling all the way over to the Shipping Box! Also you get to ride your horse. If your a guy, you have to BUY the SADDLEBAGS! (HAHA)

21. Keep watering and start planting some grass! YOU NEED ALOT OF GRASS IF YOU WANT SOME CHICKENS OR MOOMOO's(cows).

22. WATER!HARVEST!PLANT!MUSHROOMS!

23. Oh yea, you know every morning you wake up, your at the table and you eat or drink something. Well pretty soon your not ganna wake up and eat something. You need to go to the Resturant and bye some food and at night, bye some JUICE! Dont forget to W.H.P.M!(water,plant,harvest,mushrooms)

24. At the end of Spring i think, a girl will come over and ask if you want to have a picnic. Say "yes".W.H.P.M!

25. PICNIC!PICNIC! EVERYONE WANTS A PICNIC! Have some fun then come home and do some work.

26. W.H.P.M!

27. Start bying some MATERIAL or taking some fences down and put them in the material box.

28. Pretty soon an earthquake is ganna happen. Get your axe and hammer and go in the cave. One of the sprites will be STUCK UNDER A ROCK!(cry) Save the sprite by smashing the rock.YEA! YOU SAVED THE DAY! Then go to the back and go all the way to the spot that is next to the watter. (not the spot that is next to the sign)Then throw the axe in. The Harvest Goddes will appear and ask if this GOLDEN AXE is yours. Say "NO" The Harvest Goddess will be pleased and say you are very honest.Then she will GIVE you the Golden Axe.(See Items, then go to section b.Gold Stuff! then go to Golden Axe.)

29. Get enough material and go to the CARPENTER. Ask for house expansion. The Carpenter will come over tomorrow and tell you the prices and how much material you need. If you have enough, you can bye it or not. If you say "yes" you want to expand your house, the carpenter will say it will take 3 days to complete.He will then ask if he can borrow your hammer. SAY YES! SAY YES!When he is done he will give you the Golden Hammer.(he upgraded it)

33. If you have a lot of grass planted and alot of grass harvested(atleast 200 fodder in the silo) you might wanna buy a chicken or a cow. Once you buy a chicken, feed it. The next day the chicken will lay an egg. Put the egg in the Shipping Box. Once you get a cow, get the BRUSH! Feed the cow and then brush it and feed it everyday. When the cow is an adult, it will need to be brushed alot so it will be happy. When it happy, you can milk it. Buy the Milker

34. WATER!HARVEST!PLANT!MUSHROOMS!FEED THE ANIMALS! EGGS! MILK!

8. *~Things In This Game That Really Annoy Me and Might Annoy You~*

Ok, in this game, there are some ANNOYING things that are so........OMG! ANNOYING! I'll tell you what they are.

. Summer and Autaumn's MUSIC

. Frogs

. Waiting for the stupid bird to fly away when you first go outside.

. When your trying to harvest your plants in the saddlebags, the horse starts walking away.

. When you get some fodder, and the chicken gets you stuck!

. CHICKENS!

. When the cows are'nt happy

. When I dont get any milk from the cows.

. Waiting for plants to grow.

. YOU!(just kidding)

. That the Harvest Sprites say the same things over and over and over and over and.....

. When sometimes, at 5pm, it doesnt say if the trader came and how much gold i get!

. Waiting for some rain.

. When you go outside to water your plants and there all gone! And it not even a new season and I didnt even harvest them yet!

9. *~Hints n Tips~*

Here are some hints, some tips, some more hints, some more tips, some more hints, some more tips............................................

. When it snows or rains, you dont need to water your plants.
. Plant your plants by the shipping bin
. Plant your plants by the little ponds.
. Dont forget to feed your animals.
. Pray atleast 10 times and your cow will get blessed
. You can bring your animals outside.(pet)
. The cat never moves in your house.
. Chickens cant be named.
. Plants need to be watered.
. You need to harvest your plants.
. Fences have no purpose, just free material!
. Dont ever say the name "Scott Ricobono" to Izzi
. Amy loves Nick and Preston(not really a hint but i wanted to get my friend pissed off)
. DONT COPY THIS WHOLE GUIDEBOOK/WALKTHROUGH you F****** BASTERD! (i'll only call you a F****** basterd if you copy my Guidebook/walkthrough!)
