Info On The Regi's - Guide for Pokemon Sapphire

To get inside the Island Cave, Antient Tomb, and Desert Ruins you have to solve 
the 
(braile) mystery's of the Sealed Chamber.

Sealed Chamber(Open Island Cave, Antient Tomb, and Desert Ruins) ~ Sail west from 
Pacifidlog Town and dive at route 134. Go south and read the braile on the wall. 
It 
will say "GO UP HERE" so go up. Then you will be in the Sealed Chamber. Now go to 
the back wall. It will say "Dig Here" so use Dig. Then go though the passage. Go 
to 
the far wall of braile it will say "First comes Relicanth last comes Wailord" 
capture a Relicanth and a Wailord and come back with Relicanth first and Wailord 
last. Press A at the last wall of braile and the Island Cave, Antient Tomb, and 
Desert Ruins will open.

Island Cave ~ It will say "Stop and wait. Wait for time twice to pass" (Now i 
have 
no clue what that means). Just wait for a while looking at the braile and the 
door 
will appear thats how i got to the next room. My Stratagy for the Battle: Then 
Regice will be waiting. Use a water pokemon (perfeably Wailord) levels 45-47 with 
moves surf and dive. Use combonations of them depending on how many times he uses 
curse (raises attack and defense but lowers speed) if he uses curse many times 
use 
more surfs then dives. After his defense is low use Relicath's Yawn to put him to 
sleep. Then it will probably take about 5 ultra balls to catch him.

Desert Ruins ~ It will say "Right, Right, Down, Down, then, use Strength". Do 
that 
then go to the room with  Regirock. My Stratagy for the Battle: Use a water 
pokemon 
(perfeably Wailord) levels 45-47 with surf. Use combonations of them depending on 
how many times he uses curse (raises attack and defense but lowers speed). After 
his 
defense is low use Relicath's Yawn to put him to sleep. Then it will probably 
take 
about 7 ultra balls to catch him. Have patience this one took me the longest (1 
hour 
jus t to catch him, sometimes i even got him down to a sliver of hp and he was 
asleep but it still didn't catch him)!

Antient Tomb ~ It will say "With new time, hope and love, aim to the sky in the 
middle". Go to the middle of the room and use fly. The door will open so you can 
procede to registeel's room. My Stratagy for the Battle: Use a water pokemon 
(perfeably Wailord) levels 45-47 with moves surf and dive. Use combonations of 
them 
depending on how many times he uses curse (raises attack and defense but lowers 
speed) if he uses curse many times use more surfs then dives. After his defense 
is 
low use Relicath's Yawn to put him to sleep. Then it will probably take about 5 
ultra balls to catch him.
