For the time being we will have "Apartment" as the Starting Point for all
three areas since you can get all the Seagulls as soon as you start the game
unlike the Flying Rat Guide we made which you had to unlock each island
before getting some of them. This guide is mainly made with those that are
just starting the game though since it seems many gamers prefer finding the
collectibles on one island/area before moving on to the next island. We
figure worse case you will just have to drive back to the Apartment before
you can start using the directions if you are not familiar with street names
in the game.

If you notice any major directional errors (left instead of right or North
instead of South for example) let one of us know and we will take care of
them. Beyond that enjoy the guide and we hope it helps those that are able to
use it.

***** Important Note *****

For those that seem to not know you can check the Vehicle, Location and
street name that you are on by pushing Down on the D-pad. Just to warn you
though this will not always work correctly with street names due to the fact
some of the streets seem to not have a name so the game gives them the name
of the last street you were on.

(Note: The following directions below will start after you have reached
the "Luis's Apartment" after the intro driving mission (the Safehouse on
Galveston Ave. Between Wardite St. and Vauxite St.) You will also need a
weapon that you can shoot (or throw at) these Seagulls like the Handgun you
you start the game with.

 Seagull #01
 ===========

A. Get into a car and drive North on Galveston.

B. After going pass Wardite St. get out of the car after the first tree on
the right.

C. Walk down the alley you see between the two buildings to the right and
follow this alley as it goes around the corner to the left up ahead.

D. Go up the small staircase you see up ahead and then you should hear
and see the 1st Seagull on the railing of the fire escape above you to the
right.

 Seagull #02
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue North on Wardite St.

B. Turn left (West) onto Grummer Rd.and turn right (North) at the end of this
road to continue on Grummer Rd.

C. After driving pass the salvage building you see to the right you should
drive under a small pipe and once you have gone under that pipe get out of
the car.

D. You should see and hear the 2nd Seagull on top of the man hole cover of
a sewer entrance to the right in the distance.

 Seagull #03
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue to follow Grummer Rd. East.

B. Turn right (South) onto Exeter Ave. and then turn left (East) onto
Xenotime St.

C. Turn left (Northeast) onto Vespucci Circus and get out of the car after
you make the turn.

D. Climb over the flower bed (cement planter) to the right and you should
see and hear the 3rd Seagull on the roof of the little playground fort just
above the climbing bars on the South side of it. 

 Seagull #04
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.

B. Drive South on Vespucci Circus and then turn right (West) onto Wardite St.

C. Turn left (South) onto Frankfort Ave. and then get out of the car before
you reach Uranium St.

D. You should see and hear the 4th Seagull on the wall on the other side
of the tracks to the left.

 Seagull #05
 ===========

A. Now from Frankfort Ave. walk East on Uranium St. along the Northern
sidewalk.

B. You should see "Paps" on the wall to your left after you go pass the
"Restaurant & Deli" and if you look up you should see and hear the 5th
Seagull on the railing of the fire escape. 

 Seagull #06
 ===========

A. Face towards "Paps" on the wall and to the right you should see and hear
the 6th Seagull on the ground here.

 Seagull #07
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue South on Frankfort Ave.

B. Turn left (East) onto Topaz St. and then turn right (South) onto Columbus
Ave.

C. Get out of the car when you get to the first light pole on the right and
hop over the short wall you see to the right.

D. You should see and hear the 7th Seagull on the grass here just on the
other side of the small wall.

 Seagull #08
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue South on Columbus Ave.

B. Turn left (East) onto Ruby St. and then continue along the middle road
when you reach the fork in the road up ahead.

C. Follow this street as it goes up a hill towards the East Borough bridge
and just before you go under the beams of the East Borough bridge get out of
the car.

D. Go to the North side of this bridge and walk East on the street along this
bridge.

E. You should see and hear the 8th Seagull on the the guard rail to the left
on the other end of this bridge just before you come out from under the beams
of this bridge.

 Seagull #09
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.

B. Drive West on the East Borough Bridge and continue to follow it as it
turns into Ruby St.

C. Turn left (South) onto Columbus Ave. and after you go pass Quartz St.
get out of the car at the front of the "The Libertonian Museum" (large
building) to the right.

D. Go to the Pedestrian path that is at the back of this building and you
will see and hear the 9th Seagull on the wall near a staircase leading down
to the lake here.

 Seagull #10
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue South on Columbus Ave.

B. Turn left (East) onto Obsidian St. and then get out of the car at the end
of this street.

C. Go down either staircase you see to the East and then go to the left
(North) at the bottom of either staircase.

D. You should eventually see and hear the 10th Seagull on the right side of
this walkway here.

 Seagull #11
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.

B. Drive West on Obsidian and then turn left (South) on Columbus Ave.

B. Turn right (West) onto Nickel St. and then turn left (South) onto
Denver-Exeter Ave.

C. Turn left (East) onto Manganese St. and get out of the car near the first
light post on the right.

D. Walk across the street to the small news stand building to the Northeast
and you should see and hear the 11th Seagull at the corner of the roof of
this small building.

 Seagull #12
 ===========

A. Walk across the street to the Southwest that goes between the two
buildings here near the car and follow this walkway South.

B. Follow this walkway around the corner of the building to the left (East)
and then follow it as it goes to the right (South) up ahead.

C. You should see and hear the 12th Seagull on the corner of the flower bed
(planter) that you see here just behind the bench.

 Seagull #13
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue East on Manganese St. and then turn
right (South) onto Columbus Ave.

B. Turn left (East) onto Jade St. and then get out of the car as you get to
Bismarck Ave.

C. You should see and hear the 13th Seagull on the wall of the fountain near
the hand of the large statue to the right.

 Seagull #14
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue East on Jade St.

B. Turn right (South) onto Albany Ave. and then turn left (East) onto
Hematite St.

C. Get out of the car before you reach the sixth light pole on the right
and you should see and hear the 14th Seagull on the wall to the right.

 Seagull #15
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue East on President Ave. (Hematite St.
turned into President Ave.)

B. Follow this street as it curves to the left up ahead and then turn right
(East) onto the first street you come to.

C. Get out of the car before you reach the large parking lot up ahead to the
right.

D. Walk to the Southeastern corner of this parking lot and hop over the short
wall you are near to get onto the grass on the other side of the wall.

E. Walk South and you see and hear the 15th Seagull on the grass here.

 Seagull #16
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.

B. Follow this street West and then turn right (North) onto President Ave.

C. Turn right (East) onto the first street you come to and follow this street
until it ends.

D. Get out of the car when it ends and you should see and hear the 16th
Seagull on the ground near some pipes behind the barricades to the left
(North).

 ===========

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.

B. Follow this street West and then turn left (South) onto President Ave.

C. Follow this street as it curves to the right (West) turning into Hematite
St.

D. Turn left (South) onto Columbus Ave. and then get off the bike before you
get to the planter on the sidewalk to the right.

E. Get out of the car and you should see and hear the 17th Seagull on the
ground next to the building to the right.
 
 Seagull #18
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue South on Columbus.

B. Turn left (East) onto Garnet St. and then turn right (South) onto Luddite
Row.

C. Get out of the car near the payphones on the right and you should see and
hear the 18th Seagull on the edge of the roof near those payphones to the
right.

 Seagull #19
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue South on Luddite Row.

B. Get out of the car when you get to Emerald St. (the end of the street)
and walk over to the blue security shack at the entrance of the parking lot
that you see to the Southeast across the street.

C. You should see and hear the 19th Seagull on the roof of that blue security
shack.

 Seagull #20
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and turn left (East) onto Emerald St.

B. Turn right (South) onto Albany Ave. and get out of the car near the 1st
set of payphones after going pass Diamond St./Broke Bridge road.

C. You will find the 20th Seagull behind the pillar on a wall that is just
behind the right (South) side of the set of payphones across the street to
the left.

 Seagull #21
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue South on Albany Ave.

B. Turn right (West) onto Barium St. and then turn right (North) onto
Bismarck Ave.

C. Get out of the car when you get to Diamond St. and you should see and hear
the 21st Seagull on a bar of a scaffolding at the corner to the right over
the Southern Sidewalk of Diamond St.

 Seagull #22
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and turn left (West) onto Diamond St.

B. Turn right (North) onto Columbus Ave. and then turn right (East) on
Emerald St.

C. When you get to Bismarck Ave. get out of the car and you should hear
and see the 22nd Seagull on the Southwestern corner of the overhanging
rooftop of the building to the left (Northeast).

 Seagull #23
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and turn left (North) onto Bismarck Ave.

B. Turn left (West) onto Feldspar St. and then turn left (South) onto Brown
Place.

C. Get out of the car after going pass the first light pole on the right and
you should see and hear the 23rd Seagull on the sidewalk to the right.

 Seagull #24
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and turn left (East) onto Emerald St.

B. Turn right (South) onto Columbus Ave. and then turn left (East) onto
Calcium St.

C. Turn right (South) onto Amsterdam Lane and then turn right (West) onto
Barium St.

D. Get out of the car before you get to Columbus Ave and you should see and
hear the 24th Seagull on the right side of the ledge just below the "EE" sign
on the building to the right.

 Seagull #25
 ===========

(Note: Just to warn you #25 through #31 were a little more diffcult then the
rest of the Seagulls with coming up with directions since most of them are
not near any streets or streets that are easy to explain anyways. We tried
our best to get you to them.)

A. Get back into the car and turn right onto Columbus Ave.

B. Turn right (East) onto Emerald St. and then turn right (South) onto
Privateer Road.

C. Turn left (East) onto Flatfish Place and then follow this street as it
curves to the right (South).

D. Get out of the car at the eight light pole on the right and walk up the
small staircase you see in front of the large building to the left.

E. Walk up the staircase that goes up the Southside of this building that you
see to the right and as you reach the top of these stairs walk down the
staircase up ahead.

F. If you are on the correct staircase you should see and hear the 25th
Seagull on the railing to the right of the middle landing of this staircase.

 Seagull #26
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and follow this street as it curves to the right.

B. After going pass Barium St. follow this street as it makes a little curve
to the left and then get out of the car after it curves to the right a little
(just after the light pole).

C. Walk across the street to the Southeast and go towards the benches near
the railing you see up ahead.

D. You should see and hear the 26th Seagull just to the left of those
benches (near a trash can).

 Seagull #27
 ===========

(Note: Hopefully you are not too attached to the car you have as you will
probably be losing it and hopefully you are good at flying a helicopter
because this should test your landing/flying skills a little. If anything it
will be good practice for the fun helicopter mission you get during this game
if you haven't done it already.)

A. Now head over to the Helitour you see on the map that is near you here
and take the helicopter here for a little Joy Ride.

B. Fly over to Happiness Island to the West and land at the west end of the
walkway/dock that is West of the Statue on this Island (on a side note you
might as well grab the weapon in the guard booth here too).

C. Walk East along this walkway/dock and you will eventually see and hear
the 27th Seagull on a pillar/column to the right just before the large ramp
that goes down to the water.

 Seagull #28
 ===========

A. Now fly back to where the Helitour was and head back to where you left the
car.

B. You will need to reacquire another car and continue to follow the street
(you were at for Seagull #26 before your little free ride on the helicopter)
as it curves to the right (Northwest) up ahead.

C. Turn right (Northeast) onto South Parkway and then get out of the car when
you get to Albany Ave.

D. Hop over the short fence at the park to the right and you should see and
hear the 28th Seagull on the grass to the left here.
 
 Seagull #29
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.

B. Drive Southwest on South Parkway (not against traffic) and follow this
street as it curves to the right (North) eventually.

C. Get out of the car when you reach Calcium St. and then hop over the small
fence near the large building you see to the left.

D. Go to the Southwest corner of the Parking Lot you see to the left here
and you should see an overhanging roof/awning on the left side of the road
to the right as you approach the southwest corner of this parking lot.

E. Go pass the third pillar/column holding up this awning/rooftop from this
corner of the parking lot and you should see and hear the 29th Seagull just
above you on the second beam of this awning/rooftop from the railing you are
near.

 Seagull #30
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue to follow this street Northwest.

B. Turn left (Southwest) onto Castle Drive and then turn left onto the
first road you come to.

C. Get out of the car when you get near the tree at the end of this road
and then walk Southeast from this tree to see and hear the 30th Seagull on
the walkway overlooking the water.

 Seagull #31
 ===========

A. Get back in the car and make a U-turn

B. Drive Northwest along this road and turn right (Northeast) onto Castle
Drive.

C. Continue to follow this street as it turns into Frankfort Ave. and then
get out of the car when you get to Garnet St.

D. Walk along the crosswalk to the left (West) to cross Frankfort Ave. and
then start walking across the crosswalk to the right (North) to go across
Garnet St.

E. As you go across this crosswalk you should see and hear the 31st Seagull
on the corner of the center divider of this street to your left.

 Seagull #32
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue North on Frankfort Ave.

B. Turn right (East) onto Hematite St. and then turn right (South) onto
Denver-Exeter Ave.

C. Get out of the car near the awning at the front of the building to
the right and go to that blue arrow you see here to go to the roof of this
building.

D. Walk to the Southeast corner of the building (the one directly in front of
you when you get to the roof) and you will see and hear the 32nd Seagull at
this corner of the rooftop of this building.

 Seagull #33
 ===========

A. Walk around to the Southside of this rooftop and you will see and hear
the 33rd Seagull near the middle binoculars at this side of the building.

 Seagull #34
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue South on Denver-Exeter Ave.

B. Turn right (West) onto Garnet St. and then turn right (North) onto
Galveston Ave.

C. Turn right (East) onto Hematite St. and then get out of the car near the
first driveway to the right.

D. You should see and hear the 34th Seagull on the sidewalk to the left near
the bridge abutment/column.

 Seagull #35
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.

B. Drive West on Hematite St. and then turn right (North) back onto Galveston
Ave.

C. Get out of the car before the Bus Shelter you see just before you get to
Jade St.

D. Walk into the alley you see to the right (East) and you should see and
hear the 35th Seagull on the ground to the right as you enter this alley.

 ===========

A. Get back in the car and continue North on Galveston Ave.

B. After going pass Kunzite St. you will go up a hill and over a bridge.

C. Get out of the car at the other side of this bridge and you should see
and hear the 36th Seagull on the fence at the top of the wall of this bridge
to the right.

 Seagull #37
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue North on Galveston Ave.

B. After going pass Maganese St. you will go over another bridge and you will
want to get out of the car at the middle of this bridge.

C. You should see and hear the 37th Seagull on the short wall of the bridge
to the right.

 Seagull #38
 ===========

A. Get back in the car and continue North on Galveston Ave.

B. Turn right (East) onto Obsidian St. and then turn left (North) onto
Frankfort Ave.

C. Get out of the car when you get to Quartz St. and you should see and hear
the 38th Seagull on the wall of the park to the right (Southeast).

 Seagull #39
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue North on Frankfort Ave.

B. Turn left (West) onto Ruby St. and then turn right (North) onto Ivy Drive
North.

C. Get out of the car after you go pass the second light pole on the right.

D. You should see and hear the 39th Seagull on the shorter roof between the
two buildings to the right.

 Seagull #40
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.

B. Turn right (West) onto Ruby St. and then turn left (South) onto Union
Drive West.

C. After you go under the pedestrian bridge up ahead you should see a
billboard over this highway up ahead.

D. PUll over onto the center divider before getting out of the car and you
should see and hear the 40th Seagull on the Eastern edge of the walkway that
is around the bottom of that billboard.

E. Head back to the Luis's Apartment (Safehouse) to Save your game before
the next set of Seagulls.

 ===========

A. Get into the car and drive South on Galveston.

B. Turn right (West) onto Topaz St. to head for the next Island/Area and then
continue to follow this street as it turns into Plumbers Skyway.

C. Turn right (North) onto Rand Ave. and then turn right (East) onto Franklin
St.

D. Turn left (North) at the end of this street and head down the hill to the
beach up ahead.

E. Get out of the car at the end of this road/street and you should see a
large rock formation near the water in the distance straight ahead.

F. Go to the small rocks behind that large rock formation and you will see
and hear the 41st Seagull on the rock here.

 Seagull #42
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.

B. Drive South back up the hill and turn right (West) onto Franklin St.

C. Follow this street as it curves to the right (North) and then turn left
(West) onto Manzano Rd.

D. Follow this street as it curves to the left (Southwest) up ahead and then
turn right into the park entrance you see to the right.

E. Get out of the car and walk West pass the playground here and down the
grassy/dirt hill West of this playground.

F. You should see and hear the 42nd Seagull on the second rock formation
along the wall to the right near the bottom of this hill.

 Seagull #43
 ===========

A. Get back in the car and make a U-turn.

B. Drive back out onto Manzano Rd. and turn right (Southwest) onto it.

C. Follow this street as it curves to the left (South) and then turn right
(West) onto Lockowski Ave.

D. Follow this street as it curves to the left (South) and then turn right
(West) onto Bedrock St.

E. Turn left (South) onto Keneckie Ave. and then turn right (West) onto
Vitullo Ave.

F. Follow this street as it curves to the left (South) and then turn left
(East) onto Drebbel.

G. Turn left (Northeast) onto Babbage Drive and then get out of the car near
the blue Security Shack you see up ahead on the right.

H. You should see and hear the 43rd Seagull on the left side of this Security
shacks rooftop.

 Seagull #44
 ===========

A. Get back in the car and continue Northeast on Babbage Drive.

B. Turn right (Southeast) onto Fleming St. and then turn left (East) onto
Mueri St.

C. Turn right (South) onto Roebuck Rd. and then follow this street as it
curves to the right (Southwest) up ahead.

D. Turn left (South) onto Emery St. and then turn left (Southeast) onto
Latchkey Ave.

E. Follow this street as it curves to the right (South) and then turn left
(East) onto Grommet St.

F. Turn right (South) onto the first street (Grommet) you come to and then
turn right (West) onto Toggle Ave.

G. Get out of the car after the second light pole on the right and hop over
the wall you see across the street to the left (South).

H. You should see and hear the 44th Seagull on the large pipe on the other
side of that wall here.

I. Head back to Luis's Apartment (Safehouse) to save the game before tracking
down the final Seagulls.

 Seagull #45
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and drive North on Galveston.

B. Turn right (East) onto Xenotime St. and then turn left (North) onto
Frankfort Ave.

C. Follow this street as it curves to the right (East) up ahead and then
continue to follow it to the next Island/Area as it turns into Grand
Boulevard.

D. Turn right (South/Southeast) onto Folsom Way and then follow this street
as it curves to the left (East).

E. Follow this street as it curves to the right (South) up ahead and then
get out of the car after you go pass Lotus St.

F. Go to the wall you see to the left and you should see and hear the 45th
Seagull on the top of the left (North) end of this wall.

 Seagull #46
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.

B. Follow Folsom Way back to Grand Boulevard and then turn right (East) onto
Grand Boulevard.

C. Follow this street as it eventually turns into Northern Expressway and
then turn right (Southwest) onto Downrock Loop.

D. Turn left (East) onto Flanger St. and then follow this street as it curves
to the right (South).

E. Turn left (East) onto Sing Sing Ave. and then turn right (Northwest) onto
Dukes Drive.

F. Follow this street as it curves left (West) and then curves to the left
(South) up ahead turning into Concord Ave.

G. Turn left (East) onto Morris St. and then turn left (North) onto
Tinconderoga Ave.

H. Get out of the car next to the first tree you come to on the right and
go down the lighted alley between the two garages to the left.

I. You should see and hear the 46th Seagull to the left in this alley.

 Seagull #47
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.

B. Drive South on Tinconderoga Ave. and then Turn left (East) onto Harrison
St.

C. Turn left (Northeast) onto Dukes Boulevard. and then turn right (East)
onto Walton Lane.

D. Follow this street as it enters the park up ahead and then turn left
(North) at the end of this street up ahead.

E. Get out of the car when you see the baseball field to the left and you
should see and hear the 47th Seagull near the center of the baseball diamond
(close to where the pitcher would be).

 Seagull #48
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and make a U-turn.

B. Follow this road South until it turns into Stillwater Ave.

C. After you go pass Aragon St. get out of the car near the second set of
dumpsters you see to the right (just before you get to Parr St.) and then hop
over the fence to the right.

D. Head for the fountain you see in front of you and you should see and hear
the 48th Seagull on the wall of the fountain to the right.

 Seagull #49
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and continue South on Stillwater Ave.

B. Turn right (Northwest) onto Huntington St. and then turn left (Southwest)
onto Dukes Boulevard.

C. Turn right (West) onto Brunner St. and then turn right (Northwest) onto
Creek St.

D. Turn left (Southwest) onto Chicory St. and then get out of the car.

E. You should see and hear the 49th Seagull on the "Diner" roof to the
right.

 Seagull #50
 ===========

A. Get back into the car and follow Chicory St. as it curves to the right
(West).

B. Turn left (Southeast) onto Mohanet Ave. at the end of Chicory St.and then
follow this street as it curves around to the right up ahead.

C. Turn left (East) onto Cisco St. and then turn right (South) onto Mohawk
Ave.

D. Turn left (East) onto Tulsa St. and then turn right (Southeast) onto
Oneida Ave.

E. Turn right (West) onto the on ramp you see up ahead and then drive West on
the Broker Bridge at the top of the on ramp.

F. Get out of the car when you see the 50th/Final Seagull on the railing of
this bridge on the right.

Congratulations you have now cleared Liberty City of it's Seagull
infestation at least until you start playing "The Lost and Damned" if you
have not done so already that is.
