1.1 Sonic: City Escape

Upgrade: Magic Hands
Requirements: Bounce Bracelet, Flame Ring 
Description: Allows Sonic to pick up enimies and turn them into a ball and allows Sonic to throw the ball at other enimies.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 2.
How to Use: Go up close to a enimie and when you see a action on the action menu press "B".

Step 1: Pass the waveboard part.
Step 2: Walk past the first checkpoint.
Step 3: Run down the hill.
Step 4: Go up the stairs.
Step 5: Run down the hill.
Step 6: Grind the rail.
Step 7: Walk past the second checkpoint.
Step 8: Run down the building.
Step 9: DON'T get on the bars.
Step 10: Instead get on the ground and look for a ground made of Iron Crates.
Step 11: Use Bounce ("A" then "B") and break the iron crates.
Step 12: Get the upgrade.
Step 13: To get out, use Fire Somersault and break the iron crate and jump on the spring.

1.2 Sonic: Metal Harbour
*************************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Light Shoes
Requirements: None
Description: Allows Sonic to collect a path of rings in the air or on the ground at light speed.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 4.
How to Use: Go in front of a path of rings (Sonic must be facing the path of rings) and when you see a action on the action menu press "B".

Step 1: Go through the Loop-de-Loop and get launched by the launcher.
Step 2: Walk past the first checkpoint.
Step 3: Bounce on the springs.
Step 4: Home attack ("A" then "A" then "A" etc.) the flying beetles and if your very skilled then you can use your analog-stick and steer Sonic into the "Extra Life Capsule" and also hit the golden beetle and get on the ground across from the platform, otherwise i suggest just press jump then jump again with out using the analog-stick and get across.
Step 5: On the left there is a pulley, so take the pulley to your next upgrade.
Step 6: To get off the platform, fall off onto the bottom platform or just take the pulley back down.

1.3 Sonic: Green Forest
*************************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Ancient Light
Requirements: None
Description: Allows Sonic to attack multiple enimies at light speed, and also on grinding levels its easier to control Sonic and allows higher jumping.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 3.
How to Use: First charge by HOLDING "B" and when you hear Sonic saying "Ready", get close to an enimie and when you see a action on the action menu let go of "B" while holding straight.

Step 1: Get launched by the launcher.
Step 2: Go into the tunnel or bounce on the spring (recommended due to a path of rings...) and get past to the first checkpoint.
Step 3:  Walk past the first checkpoint.
Step 4: Bounce on the spring and hold onto the rope and wait till you get launched up.
Step 5: Walk past the guard robots and beetles and bounce on the spring and hold onto the rope until you get launched up.
Step 6: Go into the Loop-de-Loop and get launched by the launcher.
Step 7: Go forward up the underloop and DON'T go any farther,  go down-right and get the "5-coin capsule".
Step 8: Home attack the beetle south, then the "extra life capsule" then the "10-coin capsule" and then the "20-coin capsule".
Step 9: Get the Upgrade.
Step 10: To get off the platform,  jump and home attack the place where you left off.

1.4 Sonic: Pyramid Cave
************************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Bounce Bracelet
Requirements: None
Description: Allows sonic to bounce on the ground and go up high heights and attack enimies.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 4.
How to Use: Jump and attack ("A" then "B").

Step 1: Get on the "speeder" and just get past the giant ancient tunnel. (If you want extra points go through the hoops you encounter to get the ones high up you must go onto the walls and jump into them).
Step 2: Next get onto the other speeder and get speeded onto the launcher (if you dont hold straight you will fall into the hole).
Step 3: Get past the first checkpoint.
Step 4: Hit the hourglass and go past the door before it closes.
Step 5: Hit the spring launching you to the pulley (or jump to it).
Step 6: Jump onto the bars and get across (if you fall down because you missed then i suggest you hit the hourglass and go up the steps before they go back into the wall.
Step 7: Once again hit the hourglass and go into the door.
Step 8: Go onto the speeders and get speeded on the slanted loop and hit the launcher.
Step 9: Go straight and you will notice a high wall.
Step 10: Jump and hold jump till Sonic holds onto the ledge.
Step 11: Get the upgrade.
Step 12: You don't have to get off, thats the route!

1.5 Sonic: Crazy Gadget
************************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Flame Ring
Requirements: None
Description: Allows Sonic to break iron crates.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Attack ("B")

Step 1: Go through the door (Just walk to it).
Step 2: Get past the guard robots and take the "5-ring capsule", Grind the uprail by jumping to it.
Step 3: Use the G.C.S, gravity control switch for short (Press "B" in front of it) and get onto the roof.
Step 4: Go across to another G.C.S and use it.
Step 5: Go through the door to a guard robot.
Step 6: Pass it or attack it.
Step 7: Attack the Blue Hider (attack his head) and try to reach for the pulley, If you miss then bounce up to it.
Step 8: Jump to the pulley in front of you and get pulled up to the first checkpoint.
Step 9: Pass the first checkpoint.
Step 10: Break the H.S.W.T high-speed warp tube for short, Home attack the glass and jump in!
Step 11: Next Home attack the 2 beetles and then home attack the flying spring and get launched up. If your lucky you might be able to get the "bomb capsule" and destroy everyone on the screen. If you miss it, but want to get it then bounce to it.
Step 12: Use the G.C.S and then go straight.
Step 13: You will notice some wooden crates, you can attack them or jump over them.
Step 14: Then you will be bounced to another roof, Go straight and you will notice a hole in the wall. Somersault into it.
Step 15: Go past the second check point and grind the upside-down rail.
Step 16: You will be on a roof with 3 G.C.S's, heres what they do,

		Left G.C.S= Left wall (Just go down and fall into another G.C.S)
		Centre G.C.S=Suicide (Death unless your lucky enough to fall onto the rail under you)
		Right G.C.S=Right Wall (Just go down and grind the rail)

Step 17: Follow the road till you find another Blue Hider, attack him or go right. 
Step 18: Then go and you will find 3 Electric beetles.
Step 19: Pass them or attack them when their electric shields are down.
Step 20: You will hit 2 speeders speeding you to a blue rider that spits his body into pieces (becareful those pieces blow up or hit you, to avoid them attack them with bounce attack or home attack or just simple jump) to go into the room behind the blue rider you must destroy the power source, the head. When you destroy the head, the pieces of his body are gone forever.
Step 21: Go past the third checkpoint.
Step 22: Grind the uprail and then attack the shield robot (You can kill the shield robots by attacking their heads, feet, ancient light onthem or bounce on them). Then grind another uprail.
Step 23: Attack another shield robot and then go up.
Step 24: Beware! What you see are electric beetles, but thats the only way to travel so home attack them at the right timing and you will fall to a rail or a spring or if your fast then will light dash the coins in the air.
Step 25: Go past the fourth checkpoint and break the H.S.W.T and jump in!
Step 26: You will end up on the roof.
Step 27: Go past and you will find 3 blue riders upside down shooting at you just past them and use the G.C.S but when you do DON'T go forward go back and you will notice a spring on the left and right.
Step 28: Take one of them and go into the small square holding the fire ring.
Step 29: You don't have to get off, thats the route!

1.6 Sonic: Final Rush
************************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Mystic Melody
Requirements: None
Description: Allows Sonic to play Mystic Melody's at ancient shrines (required to pass "Find the lost Chao" stages).
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Go up to a ancient shrine and jump onto it and press "B".

Step 1: Take the Rocket and grind the ORANGE rail.
Step 2: You will end up at a platform.
Step 3: Just grind the PURPLE rail (on the platform).
Step 4: Go onto the speeder and get onto the RED rail. You will see a rocket aimer, just ignore him.
Step 5: Go straight to the spring and hit it.
Step 6: Then Grind the ORANGE rail down. You will then fall to a RED rail, Stick with it.
Step 7: Pass the first checkpoint
Step 8: Jump over the chao container and grind either one of these rails

		PURPLE=Leads to a life capsule and coin capsule and bounces you back
		ORANGE=Leads you to a coin capsule and then make you get onto the RED rail
		RED=Leads you the right way

Step 9: Take the RED rail and get all the way down (If you want a shortcut, you will see 2 rails all the way down there just jump down and hope to get onto the left rail).
Step 10: Bounce the red bouncer and home attack the bomb destroying the 2 blue hiders.
Step 11: Grind the ORANGE rail, and bounce Sonic to the second checkpoint.
Step 12: Pass the second checkpoint.
Step 13: Go and grind the ORANGE rail then jump onto another ORANGE rail at your right then jump onto another ORANGE rail on your left or you can take the rocket under the first ORANGE rail.
Step 14: Grind the PURPLE rail and hit the speeder speeding you the to red bouncer bouncing you to the next platform.
Step 15: Grind up the side-rail by home attacking the rail.
Step 16: Do another grind up the side-rail.
Step 17: Grind the ORANGE rail and jump over the holes.
Step 18: Pass the third checkpoint.
Step 19: Attack the blue hider and you will find 3 crates heres what they do,

		Red crate=Magnetic Shield
		Blue crate=Shortcut
		Yellow crate=Regular route (recommended)

Step 20: Fall into the YELLOW crate and a spring will spring you onto a RED rail taking you to a pulley.
Step 21: Grab the pulley taking you to a platform.
Step 22: Jump from platform to platform till you reach the first side-rail.
Step 23: Then Grind up the side-rail.
Step 24: Then hit either one of the speeders and grind up the side-rail.
Step 25: Then grind up another side-rail.
Step 26: Jump on the playforms till you reach another side-rail, grind it.
Step 27: Hit the spring and get launched to another platform just grind the left one.
Step 28: Then grind another side-rail.
Step 29: Hit the spring and jump to another side-rail.
Step 30: You will hit a spring launching you to the forth checkpoint.
Step 31: Pass the forth checkpoint.
Step 32: Home attack the flying coin capsule and attack the rail also (The platform is there incase your home attack at the rail, isnt far enough).
Step 33:Jump onto the platform with the spring.
Step 34: Then bounce on the spring and grind up the side-rail.
Step 35: Jump onto the platforms and home attack the blue hiders head.
Step 36: Grind up the side-rails untill you finally reach the RED rail.
Step 37: Grind down the RED rail.
Step 38: Get the fifth checkpoint.
Step 39: Grind the ORANGE rails (if you miss just hit the speeders on the platforms).
Step 40: Then when you get to a platform with 2 rails take the ORANGE rail.
Step 41: Hit the spring.
Step 42: Grind the side-rail.
Step 43: Grind the long side-rail.
Step 44: You will get to a platform with 2 rails, TAKE THE ORANGE RAIL!
Step 45: Get the sixth checkpoint.
Step 46: Grind the ORANGE rail and when you see a platform left of you JUMP TO IT!
Step 47: Take the rocket.
Step 48: Then you will see a platform with a spring and a sheep, JUMP TO IT!
Step 49: Bounce on the spring.
Step 50: Grind up the side-rail.
Step 51: Get the upgrade.
Step 52: To get off the platform use the upgrade at the ancient shrine.

2.1 Knuckles: Wild Canyon
************************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Mystic Melody
Requirements: Shovel Claws
Description: Allows Knuckles to play Mystic Melody's at ancient shrines (required to pass "Find the lost Chao" stages).
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Go up to a ancient shrine and jump onto it and press "B".

Step 1: Take the wind up to the bigger area.
Step 2: Go to the lonely statue area.
Step 3: Climb above the Lonely statue till you find a wallpainting.
Step 4: Dig in the circly thingy on the wallpainting.
Step 5: Get the Mystic Melody
Step 6: To get out dig in the wallpainting again or play the mystic melody.

2.2 Knuckles: Pumpkin Hill

Upgrade: Shovel Claws
Requirements: None 
Description: Allows Knuckles to dig into the ground or the walls.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5
How to Use: If on the ground, jump then attack ("A" then "B"). If on the walls then just attack ("B").

Step 1: Walk straight.
Step 2: Get the upgrade.
Step 3: You dont need to get out, thats the route!

2.3 Knuckles: Aquatic Mine
************************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Air Necklace
Requirements: None
Description: Allows Knuckles to swim under water for an infinite amount of time
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5
How to Use: You cant use it, it works by itself!

Step 1: Climb the thing in front of you.
Step 2: Grab the pulley.
Step 3: Use the switch that says "3".
Step 4: Go back down to Level 2
Step 5: Go to a place where there is a caution sign on it.
Step 6: Make sure the place is on Level 2, not Level 1
Step 7: Risk your life by going into the hole and jumping into the water.
Step 8: Navagate Knuckles in the water until you get to a area that has the air necklace.
Step 9: Climb the litte area till you get the air necklace.
Step 10: To get out just go back the way you came (since you got the air necklace you can take a break in the water).

2.4 Knuckles: Death Chamber
***********************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Hammer Gloves
Requirements: None
Description: Allows Knuckles to break iron crates.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5
How to Use: Just attack ("B").

Step 1: Use the hourglass and go through door.
Step 2: Look right and break the wooden crates.
Step 3: Get the upgrade.
Step 4: You dont need to get out thats the route.

2.5 Knuckles: Meteor Herd
***********************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Sunglasses
Requirements: Hammer Gloves
Description: Allows Knuckles to see invisible things.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 3
How to Use: Go onto a FLAT SURFACE and press select action ("Y") and when it shows sunglasses press attack ("B").

Step 1: Go to the ground that have the "X" doors.
Step 2: Look around for a platform with a meteor on it.
Step 3: Go behind the meteor and aim the camera at the "X" door in front of the meteor.
Step 4: Punch once and hope that the meteor hits the door and breaks it.
Step 5: Break the iron crate and use the switch.
Step 6: Go and hit the spring you see in front of the meteor.
Step 7: Jump in the hole and get the sunglasses.
Step 8: Don't worry about the Lava, If you fall in you just float.
Step 9: To get out, just climb out.

3.1 Tails: Prison Lane

Upgrade: Laser Blaster
Requirements: Bazooka
Description: Powers up the Lock-On attack.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Hold attack ("B") to Lock-On and release attack to shoot.

Step 1: Shoot the 3 beetles.
Step 2: Go through the door.
Step 3: Shoot the flying beetle.
Step 4: Go onto the first lift.
Step 5: Destroy the guard robot.
Step 6: Go onto the second lift.
Step 7: Break the wooden crates.
Step 8: Go past the first checkpoint.
Step 9: Go onto the lift.
Step 10: Break the standing pipe and go onto the big lift.
Step 11: Pass the second checkpoint.
Step 12: Go to the lift on the right.
Step 13: Go onto 2 more lifts.
Step 14: Go into the locked door.
Step 15: Go on the lift.
Step 16: Go into the locked doors.
Step 17: Get the third checkpoint.
Step 18: Go on the lift to the right and shoot the flying beetle and go into the locked door.
Step 19: Kill the hiding beetle south east of you and break the iron crates.
Step 20: Get the upgrade.
Step 21: Go to the goal ring.

3.2 Tails: Mission Street

Requirements: None
Description: Allows Tails to hover.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Jump then hold jump ("A" then hold "A")

Step 1: Go to the Highway and you will notice a piece of the highway falling.
Step 2: Jump down.
Step 3: Go to the ">>>" sign.
Step 4: Turn left.
Step 5: Break the fences and get the upgrade.
Step 6: You dont have to get out thats the route!

Description: None
Useful rating: From 1 to 5, I would say None.
How to Use: You cant!

Step 1:There is no upgrade!

3.3 Tails: Hidden Base
************************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Mystic Melody
Requirements: Bazooka
Description: Allows Tails to play Mystic Melody's at ancient shrines (required to pass "Find the lost Chao" stages).
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Go up to a ancient shrine and jump onto it and press "B".

Step 1: Break the dynamite packs.
Step 2: Break the door.
Step 3: Break the dynamite packs and doors and proceed to the first checkpoint.
Step 4: Pass the first checkpoint.
Step 5: Pass the doors and dynamite packs.
Step 6: Grab onto the pulley.
Step 7: Grab another pulley and blow up the dynamite packs.
Step 8: Grab another pulley and kill the kiki's and trhen blow up the dynamite packs.
Step 9: Go ontop of the platform but dont go to the right, instead fall straight down and break the iron crates.
Step 10: Get the upgrade.
Step 11: To get out just go back.

3.4 Tails: Eternal Engine
************************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Bazooka
Requirements: None
Description: Allows Tails to break iron crates.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Just attack ("B")

Step 1: Destroy the 2 beetles.
Step 2: Go through door.
Step 3: Follow the route and you will see 2 springs.
Step 4: Take the right spring.
Step 5: Take the pulley and jump to another pulley.
Step 6: Get the first checkpoint.
Step 7: Avoid the lasers.
Step 8: Dont take the room on the right, it is locked instead take the room in front of you and go behind the wooden crates and use the switch to open the locked up door.
Step 9: Go North.
Step 10: You will notice a X shooter, ignore him just go in front of him cause you cant kill him.
Step 11: Fall down and get on the platform without falling into the hole.
Step 12: Use the rocket to break the invincible crates.
Step 13: Go into the room that has the invincible crates.
Step 14: Break the tank and hit the switch then jump on the left spring and hover on the falling box.
Step 15: Take the pulley over you.
Step 16: Jump to another pulley that takes you to the second checkpoint.
Step 17: Get the second checkpoint.
Step 18: Attack the blue hider or go left and you will find 3 blue hiders, kill them to open the next door (becareful the ground behind the lasers has a hole sucking you in).
Step 19: Jump on the wooden crates and you will find moving platforms.
Step 20: At the right moment jump to a platform and try to avoid the lasers under you.
Step 21: Grab the third checkpoint.
Step 22: Since the door in front of you is locked just go right.
Step 23: Walk on the crooked platform until you get to a pulley, take it.
Step 24: Walk on another crooked platform til you reach another pulley, grab it.
Step 25: Get the fourth checkpoint.
Step 26: Go straight and you will notice a door.
Step 27: Hover to it, and grab the upgrade.
Step 28: Just go back and fall into the platform under you and break the iron containers in front of you.

4.1 Dr.Eggman: Iron Gate
************************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Laser Blaster
Requirements: Cannon
Description: Powers up the Lock-On attack.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Press and hold "B", then release "B".

Step 1: Break the "Level 1 gate".
Step 2: Get the first checkpoint.
Step 3: Break the "Level 2 gate" and go down the big lift.
Step 4: Get the second checkpoint.
Step 5: You will notice 2 tanks, break them.
Step 6: Break the iron containers.
Step 7: Get the upgrade.
Step 8: To get out of the room just walk back.

4.2 Dr.Eggman: Sand Ocean

Upgrade: Mystic Melody
Requirements: Booster
Description: Allows Dr.Eggman to play Mystic Melody's at ancient shrines (required to pass "Find the lost Chao" stages).
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Go up to a ancient shrine and jump onto it and press "B".

Step 1: Go onto the turning platform.
Step 2: Hover to the platform left of you.
Step 3: Get the upgrade.
Step 4: To get back just hover back to the platform.

4.3 Dr.Eggman: Weapons Bed
***********************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Cannon
Requirements: None
Description: Allows Dr.Eggman to break iron crates.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Just attack ("B").

Step 1: Destroy the guard robots and then proceed.
Step 2: On the left you will notice dynamite packs, break them.
Step 3: Get the upgrade.
Step 4: You dont have to get out thats the route!

4.4 Dr.Eggman: Lost Colony
***********************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Booster
Requirements: None
Description: Allows Dr.Eggman to hover.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Jump then hold jump ("A" then hold "A").

Step 1: Break the dynamite packs.
Step 2: Grab the pulley and go down.
Step 3: Go to a room with green things on the ground.
Step 4: Take the left platform.
Step 5: Use the switch and open the door.
Step 6: Get the first checkpoint.
Step 7: Walk around the maze till you find 2 steel crates and a wooden crate on the right.
Step 8: Jump on them to your next upgrade.
Step 9: You dont have to go out thats the route!

4.5 Dr.Eggman: Cosmic Wall
***********************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Protection Armor
Requirements: None
Description: Dr.Eggman's defence rises and the health gauge also increases.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: You cant use it!

Step 1: Hover up to the next platform.
Step 2: Destroy the green flyers.
Step 3: Hover to another platform and jump over the hole.
Step 4: Jump on the falling box and hover to the next platform.
Step 5: Grab the first checkpoint.
Step 6: Break the pyramid and hover to the next platform.
Step 7: Destroy the green flyer blocking the next platform and then hover to the next platform.
Step 8: Break the pyramids and continue to the second checkpoint.
Step 9: Jump on the spring bouncing you to the next platform.
Step 10: Break the pyramid.
Step 11: Hit 2 more springs and get the balloon and hit anotrher spring.
Step 12: Keep jumping on the platforms till you reach the pulley.
Step 13: Take the pulley.
Step 14: Jump on more platforms and jump on another spring.
Step 15: On a platform under you you will notice a rocket.
Step 16: Use the rocket breaking the invincible crates covering the upgrade.
Step 17: Get the upgrade.
Step 18: Just fall down.

5.1 Rouge: Dry Lagoon
***********************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Mystic Melody
Requirements: Pick Nails
Description: Allows Rouge to play Mystic Melody's at ancient shrines (required to pass "Find the lost Chao" stages).
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Go up to a ancient shrine and jump onto it and press "B".

Step 1: Look right and you will find a wallpainting.
Step 2: Dig into the circle and get the upgrade.
Step 3: To get out you can dig back out or play mystic melody on the shrine.

Requirements: None
Description: Allows Rouge to dig into the ground or on the walls.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 4.
How to Use: If on the ground, jump then attack ("A" then "B"). If on the walls then just attack ("B").

Step 1: (Becareful or beetle robots, go into the shade to avoid them).
Step 2: Go straight into the "Egg fish chamber".
Step 3: Look around for a rocket and use it.
Step 4: Go in the invincible crate room and get the upgrade.
Step 5: To get out go back the way you came.

5.3 Rouge: Security Hall

Upgrade: Treasure Scope
Requirements: Mystic Melody, Iron Boots
Description: Allows Rouge to see invisible things.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 4.
How to Use: Go onto a FLAT SURFACE and press select action ("Y") and when it shows treasure scope press attack ("B").

Step 1: Turn so you face the back and you will find a spring, take it.
Step 2: Go west and you will encounter 2 electric beetles, pass them.
Step 3: Play Mystic Melody on the ancient shrine and break the iron crates.
Step 4: Get the upgrade.
Step 5: To get out just go back the way you came.

How to Use: You cant!

Step 1: There is no upgrade!

Upgrade: Iron Boots
Requirements: None
Description: Allows Rouge to break iron crates.

How to Use: Just attack ("B")

Step 1: Turn right and walk to the switch.
Step 2: Use the switch.
Step 3: Just on the steel crate and jump up to the rocket.
Step 4: Use the rocket.
Step 5: Go to the capsule thingy and climb around till you see the upgrade.
Step 6: Get the upgrade.
Step 7: Just go back the way you came.

6.1 Shadow: Radical Highway
***********************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Flame Ring
Requirements: Air Shoes
Description: Allows Shadow to break iron crates.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Attack ("B").

Step 1: Grind down the rail.
Step 2: Hit the red bouncer.
Step 3: Take the left road.
Step 4: Hit the speeder speeding you to another speeder speeding you across the hole.
Step 5: Grab the pulley and then hit the red bouncer.
Step 6: Instead on going straight go back and you will find a rollie,
Step 7: Somersault under the rollie and light dash the path of rings to a red bouncer taking you to the upgrade.
Step 8: Get the upgrade.
Step 9: To get off the platform go right and break the north-west crate and use the switch and then use the rocket back to the route.

6.2 Shadow: White Jungle
***********************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Air Shoes
Requirements: None
Description: Allows Shadow to collect a path of rings in the air or on the ground at light speed.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Go in front of a path of rings (Shadow must be facing the path of rings) and when you see a action on the action menu press "B".

Step 1: Hit the invisible speeder (in the waterfall) and get speeded to a tunnel wihch leads you to a spring.
Step 2: Hang on the rope till you get launched.
Step 3: Hit the red bouncer and then hit the 3 enimies for extra points.
Step 4: Grab the handle and get launched to a wall that you can pass by somersaulting.
Step 5: Grab another handle.
Step 6: Pass the first checkpoint.
Step 7: Go through the tunnel throwing you to 2 springs leading you to a ring capsule.
Step 8: Somersault under the wall and get the bomb capsule.
Step 9: Hit the handle throwing you to a falling box.
Step 10: You can jump on the falling box and jump over to a guard robot or go under the falling box and somersault under the wall.
Step 11: Grab the handle.
Step 12: Leading you to a guard robot destroy him.
Step 13: Somersault under the wall and follow the route to the second checkpoint.
Step 14: Hit a speeder speeding you to a bouncer that bounces you to a wall.
Step 15: You may somersault under the wall or jump on the platforms leading you to a invincible capsule (recommended).
Step 16: Get the third checkpoint.
Step 17: Grab the rope throwing you to a place with a spike car, guard robot, and a wooden crate.
Step 18: Break the wooden crate leading you to the upgrade.
Step 19: Get the upgrade.
Step 20: To get out somersault under the wall and use the light dash.

6.3 Shadow: Sky Rail
***********************************************************************************************************
Upgrade: Ancient Light
Requirements: None
Description: Allows Shadow to attack multiple enimies at light speed, and also on grinding levels its easier to control Sonic and allows higher jumping.
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 3.
How to Use: First charge by HOLDING "B" and when you hear Shadow saying "There's no time to play games", get close to an enimie and when you see a action on the action menu let go of "B" while holding straight.

Step 1: Grind the rail.
Step 2: Hit the red bouncer.
Step 3: Home attack the windy spring until its airborne.
Step 4: Go to the rocket and take it and you will find the first checkpoint.
Step 5: Go back and fall to a edge with a windy spring.
Step 6: Home attack the windy spring untill you see electric beetles and at the right moment home attack all the electric beetles till you find the upgrade.
Step 7: Get the upgrade.
Step 8: To get off the platform you can home attack Shadow back to the first checkpoint or fall right.

6.4 Shadow: Final Chase

Upgrade: Mystic Melody
Requirements: None
Description: Allows Shadow to play Mystic Melody's at ancient shrines (required to pass "Find the lost Chao" stages).
Useful Rating: From 1 to 5, I would say 5.
How to Use: Go up to a ancient shrine and jump onto it and press "B".

Step 1: Grind the rail.
Step 2: Then get the first checkpoint.
Step 3: Hit a speeder speeding you to a gravity tube.
Step 4: Kill the shield robot.
Step 5: Hit the red bouncer.
Step 6: Hit another red bouncer and home attack Shadow on top of the tunnel.
Step 7: Continue till you find a meteor in front of you.
Step 8: Wait till the meteor blows up the continue.
Step 9: Hit a bouncer and go on the gravity tubes till you reach the second checkpoint.
Step 10: Grab the second checkpoint.
Step 11: You will notice a gravity tube with 2 electric blockers (to avoid them, the second you jump to the gravity tube hold forward).
Step 12: Grab the third checkpoint.
Step 13: Go into the BLUE hole.
Step 14: Now go on the gravity tubes till you get to a tube that shows another tube infront of you with a electric shield.
Step 15: Just so you land over the electric tube and ride up and you will find a platform with the upgrade.
Step 16: Get the upgrade.
Step 17: To get out just jump down on another platform or play mystic melody at the shrine.
