_ INTRODUCTION _

OK, without bla..bla..bla let's see about this new game, Q-boat.
Q-boat is a racing game that take a boat to race. Like the previous game
before-that TAKARA has developed ( choro Q ) we can get a lot of boats
here,like the unfamous ship of TITANIC and even in this game there are
lot of fish we can get too. As my preview of this game, it has good
graphics,playing control, sound, and of course the main topic of this
game is we can get over 140 boats to play ( It gives me a headache to
get all those ships).Oh..by the way, I'm Indonesian and my English isn't
perfect so you can expect tons of errors here. I always welcome any
comments, questions, corrections,additions of this FAQ but if you dare
to SPAM me..I'll chase you wherever you go !! Allright, here we go....

    Create a new player / game from beginning. Here you can type your
name or initial with hiragana and katakana alphabet. Type anything that
looks good if you don't understand it...ha ^0^

    Continue your previous saved game. After this a load window will
pop up where you can choose your saved games and load it.

By default, there are only 4 course circuits and 2 missions to play on,
as the previous game before ( choro Q ) you must complete all of the 4
circuits and then it'll unlock several missions; if you complete these
missions you'll unlock more of the circuits and so on...

     After you choose the circuit, 3 chests will appear. This means that
there are 3 secret boats you'll get if you're able to uncover these hidden
chests. How to get them? Well, find those by yourselves ...!! ha...OK you
give up ? here's the way to get them you must hit every wall that looks
weird or something like that. I've found all those stupid chests almost in
4 hours !!Before you can get the new circuits, you must be in 1st,2nd,or 3rd
place on the RACE section but not on the MISSION. But You must get the
1st rank and have already found 4 artifacts(that'll be found at submarine
circuits) to unlock the story (???) mode section.

Before you get on the Race you'll be given several boats to play on
The characteristics menu of the boats is :

    [  T  ][ ACCELERATION ]
     =====================

What type of boats you must choose depends on your skills. I choose the
boats that has good handling on "Zig-Zag" course and good speed at easy
course.

Here are the recommended boats at specific course :

Course 1 => Boat no 3     Course 10 => Boat no 1
Course 2 => Boat no 1     Course 11 => Boat no 2
Course 3 => Boat no 1     Course 12 => Boat no 1
Course 4 => Boat no 2     Course 13 => Boat no 2
Course 5 => Boat no 1     Course 14 => Boat no 3
Course 6 => Boat no 1     Course 15 => Boat no 2
Course 7 => Boat no 1
Course 8 => Boat no 3
Course 9 => Boat no 1

To complete each course, always use the shortcut but for the 14th course
don't use it 'cause it just slow you down.I'll give you the maps for it,
just look at maps section.

{1st Job }
      Race against the stolen boat. You musn't lose from him so you must
get all the bonus and immediately use it.

{2nd Job }
      Destroy the stupid ship before it gets on it's place. To go down
fastly on the spiral way, push bottom left or right and L1 or R1.

{3rd Job }
      Destroy all the blue cubes. In this 3rd Job you'll have 2 endings ;
1st if you destroy the blue cubes and the RED one...the earth will...duh !
2nd if you destroy the blue cubes ...you'll get 2 boats and the ending.. :)

Ahh there they are the first 5 course with their hidden secrets. Now,
you've already get used to finding the secrets,haven't you ? To find the
artifacts is easier than to find the chests, you just have to shoot
the "weird" wall in the submarine area. So get play on !!
