The Haunted Mansion-How to get Around-Area 1 - Guide for Luigi's Mansion

This is my eighth (yes, eighth) that I've made in about less than 1 week! *!YEAH!* 
I still don't have a valid e-mail address.  Hopefully today I'll get one.

1.Foyer

Go upstairs and wait to see a movie of a ghost with a key float by.  Go back down 
asnd take the key (the ghost will have dropped it) and unlock the thorn-covered 
door upstairs.  Just watch the movie and go through the rest of the tutorials.

2.Foyer (Revisited)

Talk to Toad to save, but watch out for the chandelier from above.  If you go 
under, it will drop and crush you.

Now go upstairs and enter the Parlor.

3.Parlor

Go over to the purple candles and blow them out with your Poltergeist.  Now a 
couple of ghosts will come out from the dark and try to get you.  Simply suck them 
up with your vacum.

4.Anteroom

Go in and find the first Jabber.  Now a Basher will come out, so get ready to stun 
him.  Now take care of the rest of the ghosts that come out, but watch out for the 
pairs.

5.Wardrobe Room

A new ghost will enter the game:  the Banana Tosser.  He'll appear right about when 
you enter the room.  There should be another Jabber and Banana Tosser, but nothing 
real new.

6.Study

There's not a lot to do here besides get the Portrait Ghost-Neville.

To find Neville's heart, turn away from him until you see him yawn.  When he does, 
his heart will be exposed, so stun him with your flashlight and suck him up.

7.Master Bedroom

Just another Portrait Ghost here-Lydia.

To expose Lydia's heart, suck the curtain to her window to expose a hole.  Lydia 
will start shivering, and that's your time to make your move.

8.Nursery
Portrait Ghost-Chauncey

To summon Chauncey out to play, turn your vacum on his rocking horse.  When he 
appears in his crib, he'll throw balls at you.  Suck one up and launch it at him.  
You'll talk and then the real battle will begin.

Chauncey is a boss, so you can't expose his heart without fighting.  First, dodge 
anything that he throws at you.  Then, when the balls come in, suck up the one that 
imediately stops bouncing and (of course) launch it at Chauncey.  His heart will be 
exposed, and your time to strike.
