Analog Thumbstick: Can be pushed up, down, left, right, or diagonal in any direction.
Left Trigger: Also known as LT, this analog trigger is located on the rear of the controller and can be used either before or during the input of cheats.
Right Trigger: Also known as RT, this analog trigger is located on the rear of the controller and can be used either before or during the input of cheats.
A, B, X, and Y Buttons: Primary buttons used to enter cheats.
Start Button: Can be used either before or during the input of cheats.
Directional Pad: Also known as the D-Pad, this pad can be pushed up, down, left, or right. When a cheat says to press "up" without being specific as to which part of the controller to use, it's usually this one.
