Defeating Grox
To defeat grox just keep jumping up and punching him in the face. If you keep it up he will eventually fall.

Defeating Exor
To defeat Exor use every warriors special attack. For example VooDoo's zombie bat attack. Make sure you stay low to the ground so you won't get hit.
