Announcing our Video Game Swap Service!
Like most gamers, you've probably got a pile of old video games lying around that you beat long ago and no longer play. So we got to thinking... if you had an old game that I wanted, and I had an old game you wanted, then wouldn't it be totally cool if there was a way we could find each other and trade? Now there is! We call it the CheatCodes.com Video Game Swap Service.
To celebrate our launch, we're giving all of our registered members 20 free swap points and letting you buy a swap token for $2.49 (almost half the regular price). With a token and your 20 free swap points, you can swap for most video games in our swap service. Plus, anyone who tries out to our Swap Service between now and the end of February will be entered to win an Xbox 360 game system.
Here's how to start swapping:
- Sign in to your Swap Account using your regular CheatCodes.com email and password (if your account doesn't work, just make a new one).
- When you sign in the first time, we'll give you 20 free purchase points (enough to trade for most games in the system).
- Purchase a trading token for $2.49 using PayPal.
- Search the CheatCodes.com Swap Service for the game (or games) you want. All games cost either 10, 20, or 30 points depending on their value. In addition, each game costs 1 Trading Token (which you already took care of in step 3).
- Click the "Get It" button for each game you want to receive. You can also specify whether the instruction booklet or case jacket are required on your "Games I Want" page.
- While you're waiting for your game to arrive, send in any old games you want to trade to get 10, 20, or 30 more points each, based on the value of the game.

We've Added a Search Engine
Another new feature on the CheatCodes.com site this week is our new Search Engine. We've teamed up with Google to provide fast and easy search of the entire CheatCodes.com Web site. Look for the Google search box at the top of every page on the site.
