Make The Doctor Gross Out
If you say "cilantro" at the title screen, you will make the doctor gross out (because that's his least favorite food).

Get Every Game Quickly
To get every game quickly, each time you get a stamp, change the date on your nintendo DS, then get another stamp, then change the date on the DS. Keep repeating this process until the doctor says "You have unlocked every game.", then you can change your date back to the real date. When you get back, he will say "Going back in time eh. This will affect your stamp progress.", but don't worry, the game will still be on there.

Virus Buster
The training game at the end of the line that still has ??? on it, is Virus Buster. Click on it while it still has ??? on it, play it, and the next time you play it, it will say Virus Buster. By the way, it's not exactly a training game, it is a relaxing game, so do it right before bed.

Play Dr. Mario
Go to daily training and scroll down, tap on the last one and it will open up. It's called "Virus Buster" but you can clearly see and hear the two games are the same.
