Can't Find Olivia?
If you are having some trouble finding Olivia, owner of the general goods store, try going to her store (located to the bottom-right of the fountain) and tap the knight.

What To Do....
If you are stuck try talking to the mayor of the town, Helen. She is at the town hall, which is at the upper right hand corner of the fountain.

Cant Find Oliva Again?
Go to the desk on the left. Push a and Oliva will get up and talk to you.

To Win Elizabeth's Fashion Review
To win Elizabeth's Fashion Review, you must have the following outfits on your Sim: 1.Entertainment Area: Silver and blue custom top with pink pants/trousers. 2.Forest: Green and brown custom top with orange pants/trousers. 3.Highlands: Purple and pink custom shirt with black roll-up pants. 4.Mountains: Orange custom top (a little white is acceptable, but mostly orange) with green pants/trousers. 5.Port Area: Custom top of blue shades with light blue jeans. 6.Town: Red and black custom top with blue jeans.
