Play As Jaido

Play as Normal Genma or Sword Foot Light and reach level 2 to unlock Jaido.

Play As Gogandantess

Successfully complete story mode with all twelve default characters, then defeat Gogandantess in versus mode to unlock .

Play As Giramusaido

Play as Musaido and reach level 3 to unlock Giramusaido.

Play As Garuganto/Gargant

Play the game with a memory card with a saved game from Onimusha 3.

Cheats

Infinite Health

Complete story and training mode (with all characters), max out all characters, have all characters unlocked and possess all items and weapons. Start a new game (with old saved file) and during gameplay (do NOT pause the game) do the fire ball motion from Street Fighter II on the d-pad (down, down, right, right) and immediately press Square (2), Circle (3), X, Square and do not take any damage during the fight to earn infinite health. If you manage to not strike your opponent during a match you will lose the upgrade. This is extremely difficult to do.
