Attacking A Four Cell City
When you attack a four cell city try to attack the corner that has the least amount of troops in or ajacent to it. This allows you to fight the least amount of troops in a battle, and lets you heal your people before you attack the other group. Also if there is a unit that is stationed in a cell next to a city any units in the city that are subject to the adjacent hex rule will fight without the benefit of the walls around the city.

If you make peace with somebody, and didn't make an alliance put a big army around their King, declare war and attack him.
