How To Finish The Season As Rank1
Choose the italian leage and choose to manage all the best teams with the best players (choose any one of these teams to win the season with). Then buy the best players you want for the other teams. Then after the players come to the teams for millions of pounds make a bid for them and pay much less money(this way your asking your self for the players). After all this its easy to win the leage because you have all the best players.

Free Players
If a good player gets injured for an extended time, place him on the transfer market. When an offer to trade him appears, accept it for someone of approximately the same value. You will get that player for free, because the other team will not want your injured player.
