Strange Papers
Go to the Gamma base, once you get in the base go to the farthest locker on the left, it will be locked. Yoo have to pick the lock and then you get the strange papers! They are strange!!!

Better Accuracy
Put all of your characters in the prone position. Put them into any vehicle and get into a random attack. All your gun stats should go up and mele weapon stats should go down. You dont have to kill the people or anything in the random attach either.

Duplication
In order to get more money and equipment, all you need to do is enter into Special Encounter. As soon as you are in, drop what ever gear you want to duplicate. (This even works with vehicals if the Special Encouter lets them in) Leave the Encounter and go back. (This MUST be accomplished on the first trip with the encounter) All your gear is there, pick it up. Then you keep going back until you got all the duplicate gear you want.
