Turn Off The Tutorial In The Tutorial House.
Type tutorial off in the chat window.

Enable Map Editor
Press Ctrl, Alt, Shift C then enter "map_edit on".

2,000+ Simoleans
Put up the cheat code box (Shift, Ctrl, C) and type the word rosebud in. It will say it is not a real cheat, but hold down the enter button and your money will go up anyway.
