Play Against Shin Akuma (Gouki)
Begin a game in arcade mode. Then, fight seven matches without losing a round or using a continue, and get more than three perfect victories. Then, Akuma (Gouki) will appear before the eighth match as a Boss. Note: He will not appear again if you lose to him.

Play As Chun Li In Her Street Fighter 2 Outfit
At the character selection screen, highlight Chun Li and hold Select for five seconds. Then, press a button to choose, then release Select.

Fight Other Bosses
Do not lose a round, and win five or more rounds with Super Combo or Custom Combo finishes. Then after the fifth win, a different boss character will appear.

Throw A Blue Ball
Press the following button combination: Down, right, square and that should throw a blue ball. This may not work with all characters. PS (you must roll off the buttons from down to right then square.) I hope this helps.
