Clean Hospital
Save the game when the hospital becomes full. Then reload the save and all of the garbage and patients will disappear, allowing a fresh start.

More Time To Build Hospital
Pause the game and go to game speed and turn it all the way down. Then go out and the days should be going slower than when you first started.

Mice
Put a plant in front of the mouse hole so the mice can't come out of the mouse hole.

Happy Patients
Place plenty of radiators, turn the heating up, but not too high because people will overheat and become sick. Place a plant in every room and at least two in every separate block. Also, place plenty of drinks machines.

Less Breakdowns
To cut down on the number of machines that break down, place a fire extinguisher next to the machine. Note: Machines will still break down, but not as often.
