Hooray! Parking Lots!

We've seen a lot of reports of frequent spawns in parking lots. This is even more true if the parking lots are near a PokeStop. They're usually the more common pokemon (the rare ones are tough to find, no matter what!), but if you're in the area, take a look - and make sure someone else is driving! Never Go and Drive!

The Leaves

When you're walking around, you'll occasionally see some green leaves fluttering about. When you see them, it usually means that the area is a random spawning point. You may need to wait a few minutes, but if you keep looking in that area, there's a good chance you might see a pokemon. Note, it won't always happen, but we've seen it happen frequently.

Use Your Radar Ring Wisely

The ring around your avatar is your Radar Ring, and it will show you when you're close enough to a Gym or PokeStop to use it. Even if it's on the other side of a fence or in a closed building, if you wait a few moments, any zero step away pokemon will come out of hiding. Just give it a few seconds, and don't go where you're not allowed! Play smart and keep safe.

Hunt In Groups!

Don't forget that when a Pokemon appears, it will appear for everybody playing in the same area. It can also be caught be everyone there too! By hunting in groups of at least two, you can increase your chances of finding more, and it also more fun to compare your pokedex!
