Octopus
WHen the Octopus swings at you with his tentacles block it. The tentacle you block will start shaking. Go up and hit it with X. The tentacle will fly across the water. Then he will pop his head up. Shoot it.

Play As Insildur
Beat the game with all 3 characters to unlock Insildur.

To make your bow more powerfull hold X longer.

Helm's Deep: The Breached Wall
In the beginning shoot the bomber orcs. If you get into trouble with too many orcs around the wall wait for a bomber orc to kill them all with an explosion. Kill the archers in one shot with either arrows/axes. Then they bring in the catapult. Dodge it's flaming projectiles until you can attack it. Charge the orcs, kill them in 1 fierce attack(triangle button) and finish them by pressing R2 when you are standing by them. Use feirce attacks on the catapult's three wooden beams. Once you get right by it very few orcs attack you. Break the beams and you WIN!!!!!!!

Boss Troll On The Wolf
He will attck you twice, send in a helper once,then the wolf raises on its back-legs.This is the only time you can damage him. DON'T ATTACK HIM WITH ARROWS/AXES!!!! It will take forever. Instead, charge him with your main weapon and hit him with a feirce attack (triangle button). Kill of the helpers in one shot by holding the X button longer and then firing at them.

Boss Orc
When he's firing arrows at you run from side to side while shooting him with arrows/axes. Then when he gets his sword and charges at you get by a stone statue. His sword will get caught in it, hit him with two fierce attacks (triangle button). He will then remove his sword from the statue. Just do the same process over and over at differnent statues until he dies.

Cave Troll In Balin's Tomb
First he tries to attack you with his club. He's extremely slow, so that works to your advantage. Fling arrows/axes at him from far away while slicing orcs in the mean-time. When he moves towards you move to the opposite end if the room and hit him with as many arrows/axes as you can. Then he rips the metal chain off his neck and uses it as a whip. You are now on a narrow walkway. Make quick work of the orcs on the walkway. Then hide behind a column. Get at an angle where you can hit him with arrows/axes but when he tries to hit you with the whip he hits the column. When the column breaks go to a different one and repeat the process until he dies. Due to the arrow shooting I reccomend Legolas.

Secret Area At Amon Hen
For any diehard LOTR fans, you will probably want to reenact your favorite scenes. So, at the very beginning of the Amon Hen level, there is a giant stone base directly behind you.If you go up to it, take the stairs on the right up to the top. If you are Aragorn start your reenacting from the movie! Its the same spot Aragorn goes to when hes in trouble! And better yet if you are playing as Legolas you get an excellent vantage point to snipe your enemies and help your fellow friends.

Easily Kill Cave And Fangorn Trolls
To easily kill trolls hit them with a devastating attack (Hold down Triangle)

Take No Damage
When you a facing the boss on the warg in Rohan, just parry as he is running toward you. He will knock you down but you will take no damage. Repeat this step until the warg gets on it's hind legs, then attack. It's really easy.

Easy Way To Upgrade Your Power Level
To upgrade your power level all you have to do is go fight the warg and destroy all the barrels before you face him. Then pick up anything you see in them. By this time your power level should be alot higher. After that go fight the big warg and you should have gone up a level or 2 in power.

Play As Isildur
To play with him you DO NOT have to beat the game with all three characters. All you have to do is beat it with one (I prefer Legolas) and get him to level 10. Then beat the secret mission with him. Its that simple
