Soul Reaver And Armor
Go to the main menu and press L1, R1, L2, R2, Square, Circle, Triangle. You will hear somebody talk. Then start a new game.

Cheat Mode
At the main menu, press Z, R, L, B, X, Y. If you entered the code correctly, a voice will say "Go cheese". Start a new game to begin with the Soul Reaver and Iron Armor.

Start With Soul Reaver And Iron Armour
Enter this at the main menu: L1, R1, L2, R2, square, circle, triangle. Then start a new game and Kain will have the Iron Armor from Blood Omen and the Soul Reaver as well. You will not be able to pick up any other weapons, and the Soul Reaver is indestructible.
