Piano Keys Location
Once you have deactivated the flag sequence in the Executive Meeting room, there will be a memo and a medallion. To get the Chimara symbol, go to the boiler room. And then place it in the ship model in Lin's room. Take the medallion back and then head to the freezer room to get the unicorn symbol. Take this medallion to the room with the two doors leading to the outside pool. And there you have the two keys needed to open the piano to the lower level.

Last Number
The last two-digit number to the door on the lower level of the ship in the little bathroom after you have unlocked the piano, is 00. So the total numbers, in this order, are 45, 56, 67, 78, 89, 00.
