Dont Get Hit
When an enemy is about to hit you with an energy attack, simply dodge it by pressing circle right before it hits you. Keep trying and you will end up mastering it and never get hit.

To Kill Buu
Just use Goku's Kamehemeha repeatedly on him.

Kill Freza
To kill Freza you just have to keep using kamehameha and punching him and he will die.

Get All 7 Dragon Balls FAST!
Go on "Dragon History" then go to a saga that has "City (Ruins)" as a place. (I use the last one in the android saga). Break everything there until you get it. If you don't...surrender and try again, you will get it soon. Then go to a different saga, with the "City (Ruins)" as a place destroy everything until you find it...if you don't surrender and try again you will get it soon. Then go back to the first place and break stuff same thing. Then go back to the other city place. Keep doing the process until you get all 7!

Kill KidBuu
To kill KidBuu use normal form Goku's MeteorSmash and Ka-me-ha-me-ha repeatedly it might be weak but it will give a 95% chance of winning.

Kill Cell Perfect
To beat Cell make your blaststock go to it's highest then use TeenGohans FatherSon Ka-me-ha-me-ha as many times as you can it's weak at first but it gets stronger every time you use it, then finish it with Garatsu Madan.

Energy Blast Hint
To get a boost when using an energy blast type attack that you need to charge it yourself you need to wait until you hear a sound after 2-3 seconds and when you release the triangle button after you hear the sound there should be the word "BOOST" at the bottom left corner of the screen. (This goes for these energy blast: kamehameha, eraser cannon, big bang attack, super kamehameha and more).

Course Battle
You must go to the disc fusion in order to do this. Use D.B.Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2! In course battle there are a 5 different battles to fight: Ginyu Force, Android 103, Kakarot Road, Saiyan Blood, and Ultimate Dragon. Now beat all the battles and you shall get the capsule MEDICAL MACHINE! If you want another tip use Omega Shenron or Goku (end) they have rush moves as it will make it easier to win!

Have Two Fusions That Are The Same Guy
Heres what you do. 1 . Go to the versus menu and select team battle. 2 . For example if you want 2 Vegito, s (even though his real name is Vagitorrot)in the game choose Goku (Kakorrot)or Vegeta (go with Vegeta he's faster and more agile than Goku). Now after choosing Goku and Vegeta choose egito and two other people. When in battle try not to get hit wait for your ki gauges to go to their highest then use fusion. A good thing about starting off normal then using fusion. Health and kiguages get carried over so equip them with king Kias training.
