Get Into Your Stance Quick
If you take a practice swing right before the pitcher throws the ball, it'll take a long time to get back into your stance if you just wait. The pitch would already be over the plate! To get back into your stance quickly you have to press the bunt button. Your batter will get back into his stance before the ball crosses home plate.
