All Characters And Levels
To obtain all of the game's characters and levels, you must complete the game through story mode on any level settings. Once this has been done you should be able to play as the other's and change different level in battle mode or single player.

Crazy Difficulty Setting
Successfully complete story mode on the "Expert" difficulty setting to unlock the "Crazy" difficulty setting in story mode.
