Wall Catch
When playing as an outfielder, even if the ball looks like its going to be a home-run, press R1 to try to jump to catch it as it goes into the stands. This does have limitations, such as how high the ball is, and its pretty difficult, but its worth it if you manage to catch it.

Quick Pick- Off @ First Base
First This only works on Season or Franchise or in career only if you're a pitcher. You could either let up a hit or just walk the batter. You have to throw the ball into the dirt. Sometimes the baseball will bounce away, but most of the time the runner will think to go and not go that's when you quickly throw to first base.
