This cheat is a branch off another one. Go to the code entry menu, and insert "UNLOCKALLTHINGS", Then go to a race day, leave, then go to your garage, and a Viper, GTO, 240SX, and a Cobalt SS should have appeared out of nowhere. Sell em for... 90-100k.
