Queens In Bikinis
Get a gold medal in all eight mini-games to have the Queens of the various states wear bikinis during the King of Route 66 Disco.

Route 66 Disco Option
Successfully complete the game in Queen Of Route 66 mode to unlock the "Route 66 Disco" option at the "Corkboard" screen. Collect emblems during game play to unlock more disco options.

Hidden Characters
Successfully complete the game in Rival Challenge mode to unlock a Tornado trucker in versus mode. Note: A new character is unlocked each time this is done, for a total of five hidden truckers.
