Easy Food
Instead of paying the snack machine, keep kicking it (until food comes out) Then you get free food!!

Endless Weenies
Go to Gasoline Row, go to the grill and grill sausages over and over again until the pile stays the same. You will have an endless supply of sausage.

Socialise With J.J. The Janitor
You need to complete level 3 of any of your jobs. Notice that you get to control J.J when you are at the job. After you've JUST completed it, you can actually socialise with him! Select him and socialise. I did some socialising and he actually changed clothes! From the normal light blue outfit that the janitor wears, he changes into a darker blue outfit wearing a purple T- shirt inside. Now, whenever you are at level 3, J.J. will always wear the new outfit. Interestingly, there will be another janitor once J.J. is in his new outfit.

Cop Fines
Avoid cop fines or beatings by making sure that there is no cop in the district before gambling with an Urb or before you wet yourself. Both of these will cause you to receive a fine.

Build More
Make sure you clean up trash and puddles as they count towards the Fire Code Overload which will cause fire so you can build more when you get rid of useless things such as these.

Dumpster Power Socials
Go to a Dumpster in any district or some apartments and select to "Dumpster Dive". Your Urb will get dirty and will sometimes be unlucky but more often than not you will find something inside... try it for an easy way to find Power Socials.

Darius's Penthouse
To unlock his Darius's Penthouse you must get rid of all the villains in all of the districts with a power social. To obtain the power social needed you must go to his parties at midnight. Once you have done that you can live in your new penthouse that comes with a simolean maker.

Crews
When you have a good enough relationship with a another urb you can control them! First, get to friend or best friend status then go to friendly and go all the way to the bottom and press join crew. If they agree you can control them.
