Horses
Unfortunately the only unique horses you can get
are Red Hare and Matsukaze. You get one or the
other, randomly, at the start of each stage when
you have Level 10 Cavalier equipped. The generic
horses you start with get better as your
Cavalier level increases. Here's the generals
that unlock Cavalier upgrades.

3. Yoshihiro Shimazu
4. Ieyasu Tokugawa
5. Ma Chao
6. Yoshimoto Imagawa
7. Guan Yu
8. Liu Bei
9. Keiji Maeda
10. Lu Bu
