At the cheat menu enter "Wild Water" then u will have choppy water.

No Civilian Traffic
TO turn off Traffic enter at cheat menu "Open Road" so theirs no traffic.

Can't Get Thrown Out Of Vehicles
At cheet menu enter "Sticky Feet" then you can't get thrown out and ran over.

To get big wheels go to cheat menu and enter "Big Wheels
