Aim And Move At The Same Time
To aim and move you must simply use the sneak move (these buttons include x, o, L1, and L2).
Killing the Fat Monster Easier
The easiest way to kill the fat monster is use the silencer handgun, while using the sneak move (this is to avoid it hearing you) and aim for its head.
Fast Reload
To reload faster, simply exit and reenter aim mode.

In every save room there is hand gun ammo that respawns when you leave an re-enter the room.
