Hints
Ownership Of The Apartment
Go to the menu. Tap the button that looks like a floppy disk. It will have several things to click. Hit the one that says opitons. Then go to unlockables. Type in win. Then hit accept. This will grant you onwership of the apartment and the uncle will move out. If it doesnt work make sure there is no capitals or anything else but the word win.
Cheats
Cash Unlockable
Go to the the PDA screen and in the corner there is a X and a floppy disk looking thing mean (save), tap the floppy disk and it should say Save Game, Option, Quit Game. Tap the options. Then it should say Audio, and Unlockable. Tap unlockable. Enter in the word cash in you'll have more cash.
$10,000
Go to OPTIONS, UNLOCKABLES, type CASH for $10,000.
