Cheats
Control Everthing (Almost)
Open the cheat box ctrl+shift+c and type in "boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true" you should then be to hold shift and click on your sim and get a total different set of options. Check it out.
Twins
If you think having 1 at a time is way too slow, then while your adult sim is pregnant, press Ctrl, alt, and c all at the same time, then type into the cheat list "forcetwins" then it's likely that your sim might go throw up but they're not sick.
50,000 Simoelions
Ctrl-shift-c then type in motherlode and hit enter.
Full Motives
Hit the CTRL+SHIFT+C to bring up the cheat menu. then type in maxMotives all your motives will be full.
