Free House

When in a neighborhood select a family and then hold shift+ctrl+c then you should see a menu at the top of the screen write dreamhouse then move the family over the house you want but couldn't afford voila its free. Then use motherlode for $$$$50000.

Max All Motives

Open the cheat console (alt-shift-c) and enter the following codes:

rosebud  	adds an extra $1,000
water tool 	you can put water around your house
cam_mode 	camera toggle (cam_mode on to turn on, cam_mode off for off).
music 	music toggle
sound 	sound toggle
html 	web creation toggle
soundevent 	sound event toggle
reload_people 	total reload of animations, people, skins, and suits
set_hour 	set the time you want to get up (1-24)
interests 	It'll let you change your interests and personality
autonomy 	intelligence (0-1,000)
mansion 	gives you the best mansion
move_objects on 	allows you to move all objects
move_objects off 	turns off the cheat above
lot size 	set lot size (number)
prepate_lot 	fix required lot objects
floating_sims 	Your sims float in the air.
map_edit on 	Turns on the map editor
