Hints

Play As Miharu, Yoshio, And Rei (two Player Game)

When selecting the game mode, hold Left on controller one and Right on controller two. When selecting the number of rounds, hold Up on controller one and Down on controller two. Then, Miharu, Yoshio, and Rei will appear on the character selection screen.

Play As Miharu, Yoshio, And Rei (single Player Game)

Get "omoide" for all eleven standard characters. Enable "Skip" mode from the options menu. Select a single player game. Then, Miharu, Yoshio, and Rei will appear on the character selection screen.

Cheats

Koala Shaped Pieces

Enter "Shiritsu Kirameki Koukou" in hiragana. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.

Expert Mode

Enter "tsugi no tama" in hiragana. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Then, the next piece display feature will be disabled.

Easy Mode

Enable the "Cho-rensa mode in single player game" code. Then, enter "Konamiman" in katakana. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.

Cho-rensa Mode In Single Player Game

At the Konami logo, quickly press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, X, Circle. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Note: This code also allows katakana and roman character sets to be used in games in Konjou story mode.

Start At Level 7

At the title screen with the "Start" and "Option" selections, press Circle(2), Triangle(2), Circle(2), X, Triangle, Circle, Triangle(2). If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.
