Make sure to play career mode so you can get a sponsor, that way you can wear gear from tapout, mma elite, etc.

Unlock Tapout Characters
To unlock Mask, Skyscrape, and Punkass, press: D,D,U,R,L,D,Back,Start
Honorable Fighter Achievement
To get it, press the d-pad towards your opponent before the match begins - so you touch gloves before the fight. Do it 10 times to get the achievement.
Taunt Opponent
You can taunt an opponent by pressing the d-pad away from your opponent.
