Cheat Codes: Hints and Tips for Brute Force for Xbox

Play Online With Gamespy Tunnel
Go to the Halo room online with your Xbox. Then put Brute Force in your Xbox and find someone who has Brute Force as well. You can also start a room that is called Brute Force so you can find people easier with the game. Then set up a system link game. Once you find someone with Brute Force, start the game. Note: They do not have a channel for Brute Force, but you can play it in the Halo channel or any channel you want. You can basically play anything with system link in any channel cause the channels are just there for people to know what game other people are playing.

Keep Stuff
In single player mode, if you die but have a few extra controllers, have the other three join and then kick 'em and you will have all your guys/gals/green things back.

DNA Locations
The first DNA will be located in the first small bunker that you come to. It’s lying on the ground. In the second level, the DNA is located in a treehouse. Toss a grenade into the crack of the door located at the rear and it will blow up the door granting you access to the DNA. In the last level go the misty area located to the right at the top of the hill. This will take you to the projectors. Continue around the ledge until you find another turret. When you reach the end look to the second projector. Jump to the small light located to your right and go to where the first projector was. Here you will find the DNA.

Defeat The Hunter Lord
Wait until he ascends the top of the pillar. There is a nearby switch you can throw which causes a meteor to hit the high platform killing the hunter lord.

Obtain Tex's Hat (Berzerker Mode)

In the 2nd level of the game (the level where you get Brutus) as you enter the 
first tree off of the landing bays, shoot and destroy all of the crates and 
objects in front of you. You should then see Tex's hat which you can now pick up.

Mission 4 (Hunting for Shadoon):
A hat will appear in the first weapons depot right after you rescue the spy. 
It'll be in the middle of that room. 

Mission 5 (Terrorist Ghetto): 
In the underground area beside the pyramid structure, there will be a computer 
terminal that only Hawk can access. Right beside that terminal is a toxic waste 
bucket. Blow up the toxic waste and the hat will appear. 

Note: You'll need to finish the final mission on Brutal difficulty in order to 
access any hats. Getting 100% on a mission is not required.

All Characters Unlock
Turn on the game. Let every FMV load up. (so in other words, dont skip it) -Start the first mission with Tex. -Beat every level with TEX and ONLY TEX -You can only have a total of 10 deaths -Have your profile be named, TEX -And name the mission TEX -After beating the game with TEX, load up a new profile called FLINT. -That will unlock all multiplayer characters. -Your Welcome.

Avoid Rollers
Rather then look like an idiot chucking and waisting valuable explosive itemsat rollers you might try backing up while shooting at it. A minigun works best for this but any gun will do as long as your a good shot.

Maximum MK ASLT Ammunition
When you find a duplicate MK ASLT, keep picking it up. It will raise your maximum ammunition to 600.

Restore Special Energy
Click the Left Analog-stick to crouch and restore energy faster.

Brutus
For all enemies except the last Boss, use Brutus to charge the enemy. He only losses his Vengar when the enemy is dead. You can charge them and damage them multiple times, which is very effective. Also, use Brutus' specialty to find snipers before they find you. Just flick it on and off.

Flint
If one of your characters dies, notice that they have red blood surrounding them. However, whenever Flint dies, there will not be any blood, only a black spot from the gun debris and ash. She will not have any blood because she is a robot or a sentry, as she mentioned earlier in the game. A good way to see this is to go directly to squad fight. Do a Brute Force against another Brute Force team. Have one of the team's Flint sniper all of its teammate's characters except for one. To save time, aim for the head. Then, have the other character who you left standing shoot Flint and kill her. If you keep shooting her body while its on the ground, it will not bleed.

Hawk
If you do not have anyone you can play with and you are forced to do this yourself, you can have a relatively easier time (and save ammunition) by simply using Hawk (the Assassin) to kill one or two enemies while cloaked. Then, retreat to regenerate energy. Repeat this until you need the really heavy firepower of your AI companions. Also while playing as Hawk, select your PowerBlade "PwrBld" in your inventory. Use her specialty (cloaking) and stab as many enemies as you can. One stab in an enemy kills them, and since Hawk runs very fast, you can take out many enemies without taking any damage.

Tex
When you select a character, notice that some of them have larger health and special meters. When you select a difficult level, unless you charge up Hawk's stealth meter, you should choose Tex. He has the largest health/special meters.

Faster Stamina Increase
When you are in safe area, stand still and crouch on the ground. Your stamina will go up if you are not using it.

100% Completion
To get 100% completion on any mission, you must be playing Brutal difficulty setting, complete all primary and secondary objectives, kill every enemy, find the hidden DNA sequence, and have all teamates survive.
