I've played this game many many times and realized that it isn't only the positions, but the players. I tried a lot of different people out and found the best. Front- Alex Fragie, Todd Martinez Mid- Olliver Lang, Chris LaSoy Back- Rich Telford, Keely Watson Depending on if you play back, you may want to sub Keely for Yosh Rau.
